Wilkinson can be seen approaching a black 1977 Chevrolet Caprice, plate ███-███, shining his flashlight on the car and surrounding area.
WILKINSON: Hello? ███████ Police Department, anyone out here?
No reply is heard.
WILKINSON: Audible sigh Look, if you don't come out, your car'll get towed and you'll have to pay like $600 to get it back.
A twig can be heard snapping. Wilkinson swings his flashlight around to catch what caused it. Nothing is seen. Around three (3) small objects can be seen reflecting the flashlight's beam.*
Wilkinson approaches and inspects the objects, which are found to be 9x19mm bullet casings. He reaches up to talk into his radio.**

WILKINSON: Vehicle is empty, no sign of any foul play, call DOT and run the plates, see if detectives can turn anything up.
