Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: All satellites and probes capable of intercepting SCP-XXXX-2 are to be monitored by Foundation agents embedded in various world organizations. Images deemed to be depicting SCP-XXXX-2 are to be retrieved or surrounded by misinformation. Any probes attacked by SCP-XXXX-2 are to be considered lost. Due to the fact that SCP-XXXX-3 can only be intercepted by SCP-XXXX-4, which is to be contained at Site-███ and monitored for transmissions, no containment measures are currently in place.

Due to SCP-XXXX-1's main aim (specifically in regards to Earth and our Solar System) it is to be allowed to operate without hindrance by Foundation or GOI personnel.

Description: SCP-XXXX is the designation given to a group of extraterrestrial phenomena that have been attributed to SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is a union made up of a currently unknown number of sapient extraterrestrial species. SCP-XXXX-1 has attempted to hinder space travel beyond the Heliopause1 at multiple points in the past with the use of SCP-XXXX-2.

SCP-XXXX-2 is a fleet of 500 black metallic spheres, 5 meters in diameter. SCP-XXXX-2 is currently orbiting the Solar System in the Oort Cloud. SCP-XXXX-2 is equipped with advanced EMPs, radiojammers and multiple unidentified weapons. When a man-made object escapes the solar system, the nearest SCP-XXXX-2 instance will activate and destroy the object with it's weaponry2 SCP-XXXX-2 has been successful 62% of the time. SCP-XXXX-2 has not made any attempt to hinder travel within our Solar System and since SCP-XXXX's discovery, has not moved past the Hydrogen Wall. See Incident XXXX.

SCP-XXXX-3 was a transmission by SCP-XXXX-1 which broadcasted unknown symbols and phrases, as well as their translations into 12 Earth languages. The transmission began broadcasting on September █, 19██ until March ██, 20██ when the transmission changed to a messaging system between a SCP-XXXX-4 and a representative of SCP-XXXX-1.

SCP-XXXX-4 is a replica of a Xerox PARC Alto computer with internal hardware and software that is far more advanced then anything from that time and is able to receive SCP-XXXX-3 transmissions as well as send transmissions to SCP-XXXX-1.

Addendum: Incident XXXX

On September █, 19██, an impactor class meteor entered the earth's atmosphere and landed in the Indian ocean. SCP-XXXX-4 was recovered from a capsule made up of an unidentified metal alloy3 at the center of the submerged meteorite. Information of the landing was suppressed and amnestics were distributed among nearby populations.
