Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a paper record envelope, which is put in an iron encased 40 cm by 40 cm by 40 cm box.
Any observation of the cell containing SCP-XXXX is to have no audio, and is to be observed via cameras from the other side of the facility.
The closest personnel to SCP-XXXX are to be either Deaf, or have no knowledge of the band Queen. Under no circumstances is anyone who is able to hear, or have any knowledge of the band Queen, is to be closer to SCP-XXXX then someone who is deaf, or has no knowledge of the band Queen, unless approved by a 2 third majority vote from the 05 Council.
At least 1 containment guard, who has no knowledge of the band queen, or is deaf, is to be stationed in the SCP-XXXX’s chamber, and under no circumstances is it to not have at least 1 containment guard positioned closest to SCP-XXXX
Description: SCP-XXXX is a disc record made of vinyl. It spans 30cms by 30cms, and has “Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody” written on the record. Upon the playing of SCP-XXXX, it plays “Bohemian Rhapsody” by the band named Queen, in A Sharp (#) Minor. The Record it able to produce the music itself without any equipment. The only person who is able to have the sound heard by, is the subject or personnel standing closest to SCP-XXXX, and has been reported to not affect those who are unable to hear (deaf), or anyone who has no knowledge of the band Queen.
Upon hearing SCP-XXXX, any and all personnel who are able to hear SCP-XXXX report forgetting any piece of music, that was not played either by the band named Queen, or played in A Sharp (#) Minor. If not contained, the subject who heard the recording (Who shall be now called SCP-XXXX-1) will begin screaming and repeating the phrase “I have forgotten everything” over and over again.
SCP-XXXX-1 will then begin banging their head against the wall until it eventually splits open. If restrained from doing do, they shall fight against the restrained, and currently will always break free. They shall continue to do this until their skull is cracked open, or they die.

Date: ██/██/████ 5 days after discovery of SCP-XXXX
Purpose: To get a better understanding of SCP-XXXX
Procedures: D-Class is to enter the containment chamber containing SCP-XXXX. They are to have perfect hearing condition and perfect mental and physical health. They are too listen the recording in its entirety, and are to report back on how they felt.
Outcome: The D-Class was tested to see if they had perfect hearing, mental and physical health. The D-Class passed all three and entered the cell. The D-Class was instructed to walk past the Deaf Containment Guards. D-Class uncooperative. D-Class is threatened with Termination if he doesn’t do as instructed. D-Class cooperative. The D-Class walks up to the recording, in front of the Deaf Containment Guards, and states that the recording had started. 5 seconds into the playing of SCP-XXXX, the D-Class begins screaming and panicking. He then begins repeating the phrase, “I have forgotten everything” over and over again. The D-Class then begins banging his head against the wall repeatedly, and died from blood loss.
