Description

SCP-#### is a metaphysical force capable of manipulating any form of information it comes into contact with, including quantum information. SCP-#### is more commonly known as the psionic force. The psionic force is, in essence, the simplest reduction of the interaction between physical reality and ideatic space. This force can theoretically be controlled by any computational system, electronic, organic or otherwise.

Human's most diverge greatly from neurological baseline in order to attain psionic abilities. Despite this, 10% of the human population posses anomalous psionic abilities of some form

Based on SCP-5080-BET, SCP-#### has been present since the formation of the universe, with remnants of it's earliest manifestation still being detectable in the present day. This cosmogenic psionic force is suspected to represent the early substantiation of abstraction in concrete form.

Maxwellist doctrine religiously venerates psionic forces, collectively referring to them as "The Signal". Maxwellists utilize psionic abilities and systems to interface with electronics. The resultant Maxwellist Network acts as an anomalous computer system and transmission network that can process vast amounts of information.

Many other vast psionic networks exist around Earth, such as the Oneiroi Collective an The Hive.

PANOPTICON

PANOPTICON is a network of infophages and semiohazards that can intercept any form of communication, and covertly place surveillance systems in locations of interest. PANOPTICON was used to establish a metaphysical link between the Foundation and the greater bulk of ideatic space through the performance of various conceptual engineering rituals.

These rituals were the reason for Site-07's initial establishment, under the supervision of its founding director Ethan Horowitz. Ethan Horowitz had various other similar projects going on in Site-07, but the finer details have been lost since his disappearance in 1911 during one of the early GoI-#### raids of that time period.

Automated Passive Amnestization System

APAS is a sociokinetic semiohazard that implants various devices into all Foundation facilities.

• Automated memetic¹ distribution to fortify subjects the cognition of facility inhabitants.
• Amnestic spray in the ventilation to prevent memetic cognitohazardous and infohazardous contamination.
• Discrete long-range electrostimulation via panels in the walls to regulate personnel behavior.

Due to suspicions of ethical malpractice enacted using APAS, various major facilities are under investigation. Further details are pending.

All-Seeing Eye

The all-seeing eye was originally created during Project Immortality, by creating a convergence of the noosphere across multiple timelines. This allowed for the creation of a precognitive that implants it's warnings into the collective of all human minds in baseline reality.

After it's initial failure, the system was modified to integrate the Foundation's intelligence network, including the various systems listed above. With this integration, the system was more stable, and allowed for the system to be restricted to a specific set of individuals.

The All-seeing Eye has since been destroyed, but it's components are being studied in the hopes of repurposing them and recreating technology that was lost following GoI-####'s operations.
