Special Containment Procedures: The exterior of SCP-XXXX must be closely watched and guarded by Mobile Task Force unit Pi-1. Unit members guarding SCP-XXXX will be divided into two separate sub-units: Unit Alpha will operate under the ███████ Security Firm as guards that actively patrol the parking lots and entry ways into SCP-XXXX. Urban explorers/other civilian elements should be escorted out and briefed on the structural instability of SCP-XXXX.¹

Unit Bravo will be observing SCP-XXXX on the top floors of 4 different apartment blocks surrounding SCP-XXXX. During creation events a Unit Bravo apartment will enter SCP-XXXX by helicopter and breach through the roof while Unit Alpha groups with another Unit Bravo apartment block to breach through the main lobby. The remaining two Unit Bravo buildings will remain as support and backup units if necessary.²

Description: SCP-XXXX is an urgent care hospital located in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. It functioned as such until Hurricane Katrina struck Louisiana in 2005. The irreparable damage left it to be abandoned for approximately █ years until a disaster relief team saw that despite the damage SCP-XXXX was pulling in more power than it was before. After the disappearance of said team, the Foundation quarantined the area and have financially reimbursed the state of Louisiana for any of SCP-XXXX's electricity usage.

While the very top and main floors are non-anomalous, the range between the middle and the top half of the hospital³ has "creation events." These events take place at approximately 18:40 to 06:40(sundown to sunrise, depending on DST). During these events, an operating room's ceiling light will turn on and burn 80% brighter than regular ceiling light bulbs can operate⁴. The light remains on for 1 to 5 minutes before turning off again. Once it is off, an SCP-XXXX-C instance will be created.

SCP-XXXX-C instances are anomalous and dangerously hostile towards anything entering SCP-XXXX. Given their abilities and the rate at which C instances are being created it is preferred to terminate them if at all possible, otherwise SCP-XXXX can act as a temporary containment site.

SCP-XXXX-S instances are equally dangerous but more common throughout the hospital. They seem to act as guards of the hospital⁵. They tend to have more brute strength than C instances but are less capable of causing widespread damage. If D-Class personnel are sent ahead of a MTF squadron, it is recommended that the D-Class be used as a distraction to get as many hits in on an attacking S instance as possible. It is theorized that S instances arrive to the hospital the same way as C instances do except within the hospital where lights can't be seen from the exterior.
