it watches you all day and all night waiting for the time to strike if you are under the age of 12 you not safe from him as he will do anything to grow his army who is he you ask all i can say is he is a snowman that freezes any kid under 12 to add to his army but the more you know the more he targets you he only is seen during the winter and the only thing that lets you know that you should run is the hat the hat will always have a human part mostly something small like a ear or a nose only one case it has had a finger but once you get close enough to see whats on the hat its to late as it will start to move your way slowly when you look at it but when you look away that's when its faster its sounds like a snowball rolling around to get bigger and bigger as it gets closer it will start to change the smile will turn to a frown the carrot nose will rot and fall apart and it will get taller and taller there is no place were it stays and we don't know how many more people it needs for the army
