Special Containment Procedures:Currently, SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 10 meter by 10 meter cube, lined with magnesium and is to be fitted with strobe lights, which will go off every 2 days to prevent XXXX from escaping.

If SCP-XXXX is found, Mobile Task force Lambda-5 "White Rabbits" is to be deployed to the area and Class-█ amnestics will be administered the witnesses.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a male Caucasian Class-I█ reality bender born 14██ in England. His name was Horace ██████¹ and SCP-XXXX's main anomalies ability was to give others Class-II reality bending abilities, SCP-XXXX also was noted to have an extremely long lifespan. XXXX can also bend reality by using telekinesis to lift itself up and fly, pick other objects up, and teleport to other locations that it can view. SCP-XXXX was noted to travel to the newly founded United States of America in 17██ after being chased out of England for "feats of witchery". SCP-XXXX has links to The Wanderer's Library and detailed interviews with SCP-XXXX by ASCI operatives was noted with saying that SCP-XXXX could "travel in and out with ease to this supposed "Library", investigation will take place shortly."

Shorty after SCP-XXXX travelled to the USA, the American Secure Containment Initiative² caught eye of SCP-XXXX, and began to ████████████████████████████████³.

The ASCI later captured SCP-XXXX on █/2█/179█ and gave him the classification ██████⁴ and later shipped him to F██████ Island, off the coast of ████████. SCP-XXXX, according to the official ASCI report, was extremely "jolly and gay whilst in its cell" and "did not even attempt to escape or evade its captors".

Addendum XXXX.1:
On ██/██/189█, SCP-XXXX was observed in ASCI Containment yelling out "ALISON CHAO WHERE ARE YOU?!"for approximately 4█ in Hungarian⁵.Shorty after the outburst, an unknown group of interest broke into the facility on F██████ Island and managed to help SCP-XXXX escape. ASCI had trouble requiring SCP-XXXX, so ASCI HICOM operatives contacted Foundation officials to help recontain SCP-XXXX. After recontainment, the Foundation was allowed to keep SCP-XXXX for superior technology for containing anomalies.

Addendum XXXX.2:
On ██/██/1987, SCP-XXXX teleported out of containment and was assisted by The Serpent's Hand operatives who began to attack the site. An unknown person who appeared out of thin air began to breach multiple SCPs and then teleported themselves, SCP-XXXX, and the surviving Serpent Operatives to what is thought of as The Wanderer's Library. To this day there have been ███ sightings of SCP-XXXX.

Addendum XXXX.3:
On 4/██/201█, SCP-XXXX teleported into a convention center and gave approximately ███ people Class-III Reality Bender abilities, around 4/5ths of the people were terminated and the rest were detained and brought to Site-██.
