Description: SCP-4000 is an event occurring every 15 years randomly around the world where within the community it manifests, a historical documentary on televisions and radio stations will play for the next 3 days. SCP-4000 first manifest in a 1876 book called "The Ancient War No-one Could Recall", written by an POI-XXXXXXX,
The documentary, titled "The War that Defined the World", produced and filmed by [DATA REDACTED], explains that in the beginning, there was one God whom splintered into Yaldabaoth, the God of animal instinct, and MEKHANE, the God of intelligence. This obviously refers to the Gods in the Sarkics Cults and the Church of the Broken God. Around 78% of the viewers will become interested in the documentary, and will continue watching the show until the 3 days viewings are over.
The first day explains how the two "gods" created life, MEKHANE would give humans intelligence, and Yaldabaoth would try to revert humans back to animal instinct, resulting in MEKHANE using His body to trap Yaldabaoth.
The second day explains the followings of the two "gods", and would lead up to the First War of the Flesh, a series of battles occurring during the Bronze Age. Soon after this second day, the viewers of the documentary would either choose one of the other "gods" to follow, and they would soon begin to prepare to battle amongst themselves. Usually, Sarkites would begin to manifest anomalous abilities similar to those of actual Sarkites, they would begin to create organisms and war beast, whilst Mekhanites would begin to take apart pipes, vehicles, boilers, and any other kind of machinery to form a smaller version of MEKHANE.
On day three of the documentary, the Sarkic and Mekhanite armies begin to move, the only battle that is shown in the documentary is the Siege of Gyaros, a very important battle where Mekhanites began to attack a Sarkic temple island. Very similar, the people affect by SCP-4000 begin to attack each other, local law enforcement does not respond due to them being killed off by Sarkites for carrying mechanical weapons. the 2 forces begin to battle, and usually, the ending of the program is random, sometimes ending with a Sarkic victory, and other times being a Mekhanite victory. The victors of the documentary will also be the same for the real world.
