Special Containment Procedures: Due to several cognitohazardous properties possessed by SCP-NOTDONEYET, any form of media including instances of SCP-NOTDONEYET-1 is to be contained within a fully opaque container which cannot be opened. All personnel conducting testing with SCP-NOTDONEYET are advised to avoid any media under the effect of SCP-NOTDONEYET. Foundation personnel near SCP-NOTDONEYET are to take precautions to ensure a lack of exposure to its cognitohazardous effects.

Revised Procedures as of Incident-01/A

Due to newly discovered properties possessed by SCP-NOTDONEYET, any affected media is to be contained within a container whose sides are no thinner than five meters. During an A-level event, no personnel are allowed within line-of-sight, earshot, or within the vicinity of SCP-NOTDONEYET's container. In the event that SCP-NOTDONEYET's properties may be triggered by sight, security rooms connected to cameras located within the holding cell of SCP-NOTDONEYET are to be temporarily turned off until SCP-NOTDONEYET has been contained. MTF Eta-10 ("See No Evil") is to be dispatched to the location of SCP-NOTDONEYET, along with a newly constructed container for SCP-NOTDONEYET.

Due to the nature of an A-level event, deterioration of any form of SCP-NOTDONEYET is inevitable, and as such, new containers for SCP-NOTDONEYET are to be constructed on a bi-weekly basis and be prepared for an A-level recontainment situation.

Containment of SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 individuals is extremely difficult due to their innate memetic properties, but due to the docility in addition certain memetic properties of SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 subjects, it is not required. SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 instances should not be given free roam, but because of their nature, it is unavoidable. Personnel tasked with monitoring SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 individuals must constantly remind each other of their duty, and of what SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 looks like, in addition to having automatic reminders to locate SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 provided via voice communications from Site-██.

Description: SCP-NOTDONEYET is the designation for a cognitohazardous phenomenon affecting the depiction of any person in any form of media. Capable of manifesting in the appearance of any human being in media, the appearance of SCP-NOTDONEYET is incredibly varied. Any person(s) affected by SCP-NOTDONEYET, henceforth termed SCP-NOTDONEYET-1 will possess several deformities exclusive to the facial region, typically manifesting as alterations of the sizes of various external organs, such as eyes, ears, mouth, nose, and in certain cases, the tongue and [REDACTED]. Physical changes in appearance of affected media depictions are usually enlargement of the aforementioned organ, in addition to slight shifts in altitude relative to the corresponding location on the body.

The primary effect of SCP-NOTDONEYET occurs once any subject interacts with a depiction of a human altered by SCP-NOTDONEYET. Interactions with SCP-NOTDONEYET currently includes only eye contact with SCP-NOTDONEYET-1, though it has been suggested that the form of interaction must correspond with how SCP-NOTDONEYET-1 has been changed; for example, if the ears have been modified, the subject must hear the speech of SCP-NOTDONEYET-1. Subjects who fulfill the requirements for an interaction with SCP-NOTDONEYET-1, labeled SCP-NOTDONEYET-2, are unable to be located afterwards, despite interviews with test subjects confirming that they remain within the location of the experiment, suggesting anti-memetic properties; these properties allow SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 not to be undetectable, but instead cause any person(s) to completely ignore SCP-NOTDONEYET-2, unless they are consistently reminded to locate SCP-NOTDONEYET-2. Current hypotheses indicate that SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 may be capable of emanating an aura of 'forgetfulness', causing anybody who attempts to follow SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 to forget their task, making pursuit nearly impossible without large groups of individuals reminding each other.

SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 instances are relatively unchanged from their previous self, though aforementioned instances of SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 have been recorded as feeling immense wanderlust, specifically to visit a currently unidentified location, described with terms indicating that the area is seen as a home, although cases of SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 given free roam due to their docile nature do not move towards their actual recorded place of residency. Attempts to force SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 individuals to their true house will cause SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 to become increasingly irritated, citing that "they're going the wrong way". Attempts to find the unidentified location, termed SCP-NOTDONEYET-3, have been mostly unsuccessful (See: Exploration Log NOTDONEYET-1 through 4). Interviewed individuals imply immense excitement for arrival at SCP-NOTDONEYET-3, but express that non-SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 individuals are not permitted to follow them to the location, explaining that those trying to enter must "be family".

Based on conducted interviews and exploration logs, it is assumed that there is an additional entity, dubbed SCP-NOTDONEYET-4. This entity likely resides within SCP-NOTDONEYET-3, and more specifically, is confined within the location. Reasons for SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 to attempt to reach SCP-NOTDONEYET-3 are suggested to be some variant of family reunion or visitation, derived from family-based dialogue between researchers and instances of SCP-NOTDONEYET-2. Whether or not SCP-NOTDONEYET-4 truly exists is currently unknown, and is likely impossible to confirm, although several things should be noted, regarding the possible existence of a fourth entity subtype:

• All researchers, guards, and future test subjects are documented as becoming worried over the well being of their grandmother.

• All variations of codes used to identify instances of SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 have all been forms of the term 'grandma'; such as 'nonna', 'nana', 'mémé', and 'oma'. Questioning of those who have created these codes have proven that this was unintentional, and that it was merely the first thing to have come to their mind when presented with the task of creating a codename.

• Copies of childrens' fairy tales, such as Little Red Riding Hood and Strega Nona, both of which feature a young adult character interacting with an elderly female relative, have been discovered in the possession of personnel working with SCP-NOTDONEYET. These personnel have no recollection of ever having owned these books in their memory.

Despite being likely coincidental in nature, connections with these events and key elements of SCP-NOTDONEYET, especially SCP-NOTDONEYET-2's desire to reach SCP-NOTDONEYET-3, as well as certain cases of 'meeting family' being emphasized by SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 individuals, these coincidences supplement the idea that SCP-NOTDONEYET-4 may exist as a being which considers itself to be a grandmother to SCP-NOTDONEYET-2, despite no familial ties.

Participants: MTF Gamma-14 ("You Can Run"), SCP-NOTDONEYET-2, formerly D-████, Researcher Babulia

Context: MTF Gamma-14 has been assigned with following SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 to the location of SCP-NOTDONEYET-3. An automated transmission reminding MTF Gamma-14 of their duty, due to the properties of SCP-NOTDONEYET-2, is sent every thirty minutes.. MTF Gamma-14 has been instructed not to be spotted by SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 at the risk of jeopardizing the mission. MTF Gamma-14 member, designation 'Alpha', was assigned with keeping an audio log detailing all the events of the mission.

Part one of the log. This is probably the most boring mission I've ever been assigned to. At first, I thought I was protecting some big-name, all-important VIP, given that they wanted a fully-fledged MTF to take this mission. But no. It's just some goofball conked up on cognitohazards who's walking somewhere. When the team and I entered the room with him inside, nobody noticed him at first. It wasn't until I was told from my earpiece to look for a D-class that we found him. The doors to the holding cell were opened, and we lead him to the surface.
Now, in accordance with mission protocol, we lied to the guy and said he was free to go, and that we'd leave. After a little bit of time passed, and a change of dress into more camouflaged, stealthy gear, we proceeded with the mission. Over three hours later, and still, nothing interesting is happening; this guy is literally just walking somewhere. He isn't even trying to see if anybody is following him, for crying out loud. I checked my watch - one of the ones that can tell you the date - and no, April 1st was long since passed, so this had to be a serious mission. What the fresh [EXPLETIVE EXPUNGED] is going on here, for Pete's sake? Man, my feet hurt. We've been in the city for a while, just on the outskirts now, which only makes it worse - hot street tar, you know? These boots are supposed to - wait, [EXPLETIVE EXPUNGED]. What was I…-

Following the meeting between SCP-NOTDONEYET-2 and PoI-NOTDONEYET "Dziadek", the latter should be brought into Foundation custody as soon as possible for question regarding his relationship to SCP-NOTDONEYET.

Update 1/12/██: PoI-NOTDONEYET has been identified as Jozef Dziadek and has been brought into Foundation custody. However, Dziadek remains unresponsive in a catatonic state, likely due to the anomalous occurrences surrounding his capture. Dziadek is currently undergoing review to be classified as SCP-NOTDONEYET-5, given possible temporal alteration specifically regarding a lack in change of appearance from a photograph found of Jozef in the 1930's (attached) and the modern day Jozef Dziadek.
