The only possible way as of right now to contain SCP-XXXX is to surround the lake SCP-XXXX resides in, Lake ██████ with stone, and cover any entrances and exits out of the lake. with stone as well.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a designation for two SCP's. SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-1 is a bottle following the same design of a clear beer bottle along with a wooden grape juice cork at the top. Both SCP-XXXX-2 and SCP-XXXX-1 both reside in Lake █████. Any attempt from individuals to remove SCP-XXXX-2 or SCP-XXXX-1 from the lake permanently have resulted in both reappearing in the lake overnight. Attempts to lock SCP-XXXX-1 in a cooler by placing it in the ocean and closing it once SCP-XXXX-1 has floated in has resulted in the same occurrence.
Only individuals who have a related member of friends or family who have been presumed dead, are missing, or location/fate are unknown and other things can pick up SCP-XXXX-1. The same people can open SCP-XXXX-1 can interact in any way with SCP-XXXX-1.
Once SCP-XXXX-1 has been opened, individuals who look at SCP-XXXX-2 and have met the above conditions will read the note as following the story of their missing or dead person. The person who wrote the letter writes it as if they talked aloud and wrote it. The person who the note is regarded to is the only person who can read that specific note. When multiple people read SCP-XXXX-2, they fit accordingly to the person. People who read SCP-XXXX-2 always become either emotional or angry. Dr: ████ offered to read SCP-XXXX-2 as he had lost his great uncle Ben in a test with SCP-███. This is what Dr: ████ says he remembers about the letter.

After reading SCP-XXXX-2, Dr:████ was sent too on site Physiological Doctors to treat Dr: ████ until his mental state was regained.
Addendum-1 20-12-19:
Looking into SCP-XXXX-2 in videos or photos and illustrations seems to have no effect. To prove this theory, Dr: ████ was shown a video of SCP-XXXX-2. No reaction was had.
