SCP-7598, without his traditional suit.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7598 is to be kept in a 5x4x3m Standard cell, with carpeted floors, A cat litter box, Two bowls for food and water, A simple wooden desk, and a plush couch¹, a cat bed, and a few cat toys, per SCP-7598's request. Generally, SCP-7598 is allowed to roam the halls and may be requested by lvl3 staff or above may request him to converse with, as long as they are monitored. Any personnel attempting to make a contract with SCP-7598 will be severely reprimanded
Under no circumstances are SCP-7598 and D-Class personnel allowed to interact without extensive supervision.

Description: SCP-7598 is a male Shorthaired Tuxedo Cat, commonly found wearing a cat-tailored black business suit. SCP-7598 is shown to be intelligent, and has the ability to speak, with a posh British accent, sounding to be around 20-24. Despite this, SCP-7598 claims to not age and refuses to give details about his birth/creation. SCP-7598 is known to be conniving and mischevious, commonly using his words to bend the truth as far as possible to get exactly what it wants, and has shown to be a remarkably good speaker, with an acute skill to convince people to do things. It was originally thought that SCP-7598 used a memetic agent to achieve this, but after testing has shown to just be very good with words, and surprisingly charismatic. If SCP-7598 is not trying to convince someone to do something, he has a generally positive demeanor and is quite enjoyable to converse with.
SCP-7598 is shown to have some degree of reality-warping abilities, seemingly able to do anything, however, this can only be achieved with the signing of a legal document with a person that the document applies to.² SCP-7598 seems to be able to produce these documents from within his suit, despite the fact that he does not have thumbs to hold them with, and that they do not actually fit under his suit. These documents are also typically 7-8 pages long, making it very difficult for SCP-7598 to actually get anything done with them.
Additionally, contracts written by others and signed by SCP-7598 have a similar reality-bending effect and are equally universally binding, however, it's more difficult to create an offer SCP-7598 will accept, than it is to sign a contract of his own design [SEE ADDENDUM 2]

Addendum 1: Discovery log
SCP-7598 was originally found when complaints of oil prices rising drastically all across the middle east. The foundation did a cautionary check and discovered that SCP-7598 had managed to get a complete monopoly on the entire oil industry in the area, somehow bypassing all of the laws in place (likely with properly worded documents) and then drastically increasing the prices. It is still unknown how exactly SCP-7598 managed to do this, but when asked he only responded with a scoff, and "bloody years of preparation all wasted because of you horrid lot…" It is suspected that, in the event of a breach, it's unlikely for something like this to happen again due to the amount of time and effort it would require from SCP-7598.³
