SCP-4864 is to be held in Humanoid Containment Unit in Site-██ in ██████. Its room has the dimensions of 5x8 m wide and 4m high. SCP-XXXX's chamber is like a regular living room with a bed in one side, and 2x1 section is cutoff to be lavatory/shower. He(as it refers to itself) is to be allowed monitored access to the internet and provided weekly tissues and hand lotions.
His room is to be monitored by cameras except for his private hours.

His room is adjacent to a testing chamber with a door opposite to his chamber's main entrance.

Description:
SCP-XXXX appears to be , at the time of writing, an 18 years old young human male without any outstanding features except for his uncurable dark circles under the eyes. However, anomalous effects of SCP-XXXX starts when things get "hot" in a 15-20m radius around SCP-XXXX. When two people begin to show love to each other by any means noticeable(which means a glance probably can be overlooked, but holding hands is not) regardless of the affection between said people or their background etc. they will start to hate each other as long as they are inside the effect of SCP-4864 and 3 hours after they are out of the radius or simply ends when one kills the other person. Level of hatred depends on the intensity of the action.
For example: if two people were to affectionately hug in the radius, they just curse at each other and do not talk for a while. But if two people were to have ███ in the radius, they can go as far as trying to kill each other(See Incident Log: XXXX-01).
People, when they get out of the effect of SCP-XXXX (whether by getting away or killing the other), seem to remember what they did and generally confused about why they did it.
