Safety Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 5m x 5m x 3m containment cell. The cell has no windows looking into the cell and only one camera on the inside for recording. Only level-3 personal or above are allowed entry into SCP-XXXX's containment area and two guards must be posted at SCP-XXXX's containment area at all times. SCP-XXXX needs basic human needs and is given food and water three times a day. The cell consists of a bed with a mattress and a blanket for SCP-XXXX. The room also holds a shower and toilet for basic hygiene. Lastly the cell has two restraining chairs in the middle of the room facing each other. These chairs are used for testing with SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a short, humanoid creature. From the shoulders down SCP-XXXX looks like any normal human below the average height. However the face of SCP-XXXX is expressionless. Never on one occasion has any personnel or subjects seen SCP-XXXX give a different expression1. If at anytime eye contact is held with SCP-XXXX for approximately thirty seconds, subjects seem to have the same expression as SCP-XXXX and seem to be brain dead. Subjects will have this effect for 30 minutes in which they turn back to their normal selves as if nothing had happened. Subjects also seem to not remember the last thirty minutes and only remember the events before going into SCP-XXXX's containment cell.
If subjects don't break eye contact with SCP-XXXX for longer than thirty seconds then the duration for SCP-XXXX's effect lasts as long as eye contact is held for.

Incident report-XXXX-01:
Containment cell was mistakenly left open by one of the guards when their shift was over. Before the new shift could come, SCP-XXXX made a run for it. SCP-XXXX didn't make it far before running into personal and was re-contained. The two guards stationed were [DATA REDACTED].
