Special Containment Procedures: Reliquary Site-@ has been constructed to serve as the Main Operating Base from which research and observation of SCP-@-Ω is to be carried out, and is located 5km South of the anomaly proper. Armed Site-@ is located 2km North of the primary site, and is to serve as the FOB for the offensive against SCP-@'s emergence.

A simple metal shack has been built over SCP-@-Ω, to mask it from aerial footage, and is bordered by a barbed-wire fence. A single guard is to be stationed at this site to prevent unauthorized access. No other containment procedures are necessary until the Tribulation Protocol is put into effect.

By order of the O5 Council: The following document is to be disseminated across all levels of the Foundation on 1/1/2026. Personalized, mission-specific documents are to be released to the relevant personnel with further instructions; which includes every Site Director, MTF Coordinator, and Special Project Head. The Special Containment Procedures listed below are only a brief summary of these tasks and are in no way exhaustive.

On 10/01/2027 SCP-@-Ω will break containment.

On 1/1/2026, preparations will begin for the inevitable XK End-of-the-World Scenario resulting from its breach. These preparations have been divided into several phases, and have been authorized by a unanimous decision of the O5 council, in accordance with GOC High Command and high-ranking members of GOI-004A "The Broken Church".

T-minus 6 months:

• The Foundation's hierarchical structure shall remain intact, though all personnel above L0 are to be granted emergency L5 clearance.¹ This document is to be disseminated across all channels, and any special projects unrelated to SCP-@ are to be halted.
• Testing and research not directly pertaining to SCP-@, or ensuring the survival of the human race is suspended.
• The GOC and the Foundation are to effectively become a single entity, for purposes of cohesion, and shall issue a world-wide cease-fire with regards to anomalous phenomena/the anomalous community.
• Vincent Anderson is to be released from Site-64. He is to be briefed on SCP-@; and offered L5 access to information and facilities in exchange for his cooperation, and that of his company.
• MTF Sigma-3 ("Bibliographers") personnel are to provide SH members non-essential SCP objects in exchange for an extensive list of Ways.
• SCP-184 is to be taken from containment and given to contacts within the Unusual Incidents Unit. These personnel are to transport this item into Three Portlands. The International Center for the Study of Unified Thaumatology will send a contingent of Type-Blue assets to assist in mitigating SCP-184's detrimental affects.
• Researchers stationed within SCP-2400 shall order 300,000 SCP-1532-a instances from SCP-1532. They are to be tasked with the construction of shelter for evacuees.

T-minus 5 months:

• All heads of governments and religious institutions are to be made aware of SCP-@ and its nature. Individual geases are to be maintained on these persons to prevent the premature leaking of information.
• The defense grid around SCP-1485-A is to be disabled, and a diplomatic envoy is to be dispatched in order to negotiate with the world leaders therein for refuge. A predetermined list of SCPs will be offered to offset the surge in population.
• 2491,

T-minus 4 months:

• A world-wide reveal of the anomalous will be made to the public through radio, television, and internet services. This includes the release of information on several non-essential SCP items.

T-minus 3 months: The existence of SCP-@ is to be revealed to the world at large.

T-minus 2 weeks:

• All dimensions and Library Ways connecting to Baseline will be severed. Remaining population and personnel are to be considered lost. Technology derived from SCP-2764² shall be used to enable travel between the isolated dimensions. Both Baseline and Site-004C are to be purged from the SPIDER database.

T-minus twenty-four hours:

• SCP-682's containment chamber is to be deposited near SCP-@-Ω, and the locks disengaged. Should the automatic mechanisms fail, staff must manually open the chamber.
• SCP-076, SCP-2241, and SCP-2776 are to be delivered in the same fashion. SCP-076-2 will be informed of SCP-@'s nature. SCP-2276 is to then be informed of the then-current status of the United States, in order to instigate its "high-energy" mode.

72 hours post-emergence:

• Personnel overseeing SCP-2700 must attempt to dismantle or destroy SCP-2700-3 using any available means.

96 hours post-Emergence:

• Site-004C is to be abandoned. SCP-579 will be allowed to breach containment.

Description: SCP-@ is the designation for a hole in the Earth, with a radius of 10 meters and no determinable depth, located in a valley at the base of the Mount Carmel headland. A simple wooden wheel and axle has been built over the hole, and includes a metal chain-link rope which descends into SCP-@. This system has resisted all attempts to either damage it, or to manipulate the pulley itself.
