Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be kept in a 1.5 by 2.5 meter soundproof room with the following: a window, sink, bath and a toilet. Staff with Level 1 Clearance or higher may access SCP-XXXX’s holding room, although advised not to.

Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a tan humanoid similar to a caucasian boy holding SCP-XXXX-2, a harmonica. The entity had has its eyes wide open like it has saw something. It has been blowing SCP-XXXX-2 as to 130 BPM when its in the safe state. When a person enters the room, SCP-XXXX-1 enters the hostile state and is to be heard blowing SCP-XXXX-2 up to 220 BPM. Any person that hasn’t left its 3 meter range in 4 seconds after it starts to go into its hostile state will suddenly disappear. All attempts trying to find the victims of SCP-XXXX-1 have failed.

Addendum: The following is a summary of a recording of both SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 in action.

1-7.5 seconds: D-3952 is seen leaving its temporary bedroom including the following: A bed, flashlight, recording device, and a ceiling fan. Subject proceeds to go in the range of SCP-XXXX.
8-9 seconds: D-3952 turns on the flashlight given to him by Dr. ██████.
9-12 seconds: D-3952 opened the door to SCP-XXXX’s containment cell.
12-15 seconds: D-3952 captures SCP-XXXX-1’s safe state while it is sitting on the toilet lid, but it turns to hostile very quick.
15-19 seconds: D-3952 is heard saying a variety of curse words while running and then the video ends abruptly.

The only things left were the flashlight, and the recording device.
