Special Containment Procedures:SCP-4156 is located at Site-32 in an airtight aircraft hanger (1072x292x192). No site personnel are allowed to interact with SCP-4156-2 under any circumstances. All infected subjects are locked in a secondary hanger connected to the hanger where SCP-4156-3 is housed through a airlock under constant surveillance. An automated air vent to insert oxygen to the hanger after request of 0-5 Council.

Description:SCP-4156 is a disease of unknown origin that spreads by infecting Carbon Monoxide (CO) exiting the mouth/nose during the breathing process. After Carbon Monoxide (CO) is infected it lingers in a greyish blue cloud. Once inhaled the gas will rush to the Anterior Cingulate Cortex and cause SCP-4156-2 to burst into a laughing fit until the lungs hemorrhage causing internal bleeding until expiration. SCP-4156 was first reported on July 22,2016 on Indian Air Force Flight AN-23 by [REDACTED],a Indian army soldier of [REDACTED] ranking. Flight AN-23 was dubbed SCP-4156-3 upon capture with the help of Task Force Lambda-4 (Bird Watchers). SCP-4156 infected 2 members of Task Force Lambda-4 before MTF Beta-7 (Maz Hatters) was alerted of the infectious and virus like properties of SCP-4156. When SCP-4156-2/SCP-4156-3 was contained ⅓ of site personnel had inhaled SCP-4156 and subsequently turned into SCP-4156-2. On July 28,2016 approximately 147 instances of SCP-4156-2. As of January 9,2017 all instances of SCP-4156-2 have either expired or have been terminated (See Addendum Kappa-4 ).A cure for SCP-4156 has not been found however with no hosts to harbor the disease,it has been debated and a request to lower the classification to Euclid has been put in place. Request granted. A request by Dr.[REDACTED] Monero and Dr.Connor Hoss to insert D-Class subjects into the containment cell to continue testing is currently pending within the 0-5 Council.

Addendum Kappa-4:On [REDACTED] [REDACTED],2016, a D-Class 9923,a male with known homicidal tendencies, was given a 9mm handgun and instructed to fire upon all infected personnel. Within approximately 3.43 seconds 9923 burst into laughter and fell to their knees,dropping the handgun. An instance of SCP-4156-2 retrieved the handgun and promptly self-terminated. An infected guard retrieved the handgun and fired onto 9923 and the surrounding crowd of SCP-4156-2. Due to the events,testing with D-Class and plans to terminate SCP-4156-2 instances have been put on hold until [REDACTED] 4,[REDACTED].
