Special Containment Procedures: Team Vega is to monitor all forms of online media for references to SCP-XXXX. Team Vega is to review each refernce and- if they deem that the author is a possible instance of SCP-XXXX-1- to notify Team Rigel immediately.

Likewise, Team Orion is to monitor printed, televsion and film media.

Team Betulgeuse is to pose as civilians and converse with membrs of the public to identify any potential instances of SCP-XXXX-1.

Upon receiving notification, Team Rigel is to locate the potential instance of SCP-XXXX-1 and bring them to Site-██ for interviewing. If the subject is deemed to be an instance of SCP-XXXX-1, they are to immediately adminstered Class-C or Class-D amnestics, as deemed appropriate. In the event that amnestication fails, subject is to be immediately terminated. In the event that termination fails, subject is to be contained in the following manner:

Subject is to be contained in a 2 meter x 2 meter x 2 meter soundproofed steel box outfitted with a security camera capable of visual recording only. Subject is to be muzzled, and subjects arms are to be chained to the sides of the box. Chains and muzzle are to be replaced every six months by no fewer than three (3) D-Class personnel equipped with sound-cancelling headgear and deemed to be able to defend themselves if subject becomes violent. Subject does not need to be provided with food or water as standard for humanoids in containment.

Under no circumstance is any member of Foundation Staff to read Document-SCP-XXXX-A, with the excpetion of D-Class personell when conducting the interview process on potential instances of SCP-XXXX-1.

Description: SCP-XXXX is the name given to the date 14/10/20██. Foundation research indicates that approximately 99.999982% of the human population has no recollection a any events that took place during the 24-hour period encompassed by SCP-XXXX, however, ███████ people are missing or confirmed deceased following the events of SCP-XXXX.

Individuals who posses information on any event that occured during SCP-XXXX, whether they remember it themselves or if they have learned it from another individual are instances of SCP-XXXX-1 . Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 display unpredictable anomolous effects, but are in all instances considered highly dangerous.

Dr. Chill: Hi Betty, I was wondering if you could help me answer a few questions about the fourteenth of October?

Betty: Yeah yeah, of course.

Dr. Chill: Do you remeber anything that took place that day?

Betty: No, nothing at all.

Dr. Chill: Good, good. Now, what do you remember happeing right beofre the day began, and when it ended

Betty Well, I was, uh, up with my girlfriends late that night, so midnight must have come while I was sitting on the couch with them- that's the last thing I remeber, by the way- and then suddenly I as kneeling on the road- just outside my house- and I had a, uh, a Bible in my hands. I mean, I don't even own a Bible!

Dr. Chill: And did you see anyhting unusual on the road then?

Betty: Uh, yeah I did. A car was flipped over, and an old woman was crying. I think there were three… no four other people kneeling on the road with me. I think that's it…

Dr. Chill: You mentioned other people on the road, were they also holding Bibles or religious texts like you were?

Betty: Uh, I don't know, sorry. I didn't check.

Dr. Chill: That's just fine. Alright Betty, you've been a great help. Thank you.

Closing Statement: Betty was later admistered Class-A amnestics and returned to her home.

+ Addendum 2- Procedure for interviewing potential instances of SCP-XXXX-1

Subject is to be taken into a soundproofed room with single D-Class personell. Two other D-Class personell are to be placed in seperate soundproofed rooms. An audio transmitting devided in to be set up in the room cintaining the subject in order to transmit the audio to the two D-Class personell in seperate rooms.

D-Class personnel are to be given Document-SCP-XXXX-A and instructed to read it. Subject is then instructed to recount what they believe took place during SCP-XXXX to the D-Class personnel. D-Class personnel are instructed to inform the researcher whether the recount mathces the information on Ducument-SCP-XXX-A, without sharing any details. If they deem the recount to be accurate, Subject is to be treated as an instance of SCP-XXX-1. If not, they are to be adminsitered Class-A amnestics, implanted with flase memories and returned to thier homes.

Following the interview process, the three involved D-Class personnel are to be treated as instances of SCP-XXXX-1
