Item #: SCP-4792
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4792 is to be kept in a 4m x 4m human containment chamber, furnished with two beds approximately 1m apart. The chamber walls are to be made of 10cm thick rubber, inspected monthly for any tears.
SCP-4792-1 is to be given 3 meals a day, with another 3 available upon request. Each additional meal requested is to be removed when SCP-4792-1 has fallen asleep. SCP-4792-1 is also permitted up to 2 snacks upon request.
SCP-4792-1 is to be allowed anything he requests, within reason. If SCP-4792-1 becomes upset at any time, all personnel within a 100m radius are to be removed from the area, until SCP-4792-1 is no longer distressed.
A 3-dimensional electric field proximity sensor(EFPS) is to be located in the northwest corner of the cell. If at any time, the EFPS breaks, Class D personnel are to enter the room to fix the EFPS.
Only Class D personnel are permitted to enter the chamber. SCP-4792-1 is asked the current location of SCP-4792-2, and the area indicated by SCP-4792-1 is to be avoided.
When entering the containment chamber, each person should be given a flashlight loaded with batteries, switched in the off position. Personnel are to wait for the flashlight to turn on before proceeding. If the flashlight does not turn on, personnel are to leave the room, and SCP-4792-1's emotional state is to be tested immediately, as well as an examination of the EFPS. If SCP-4792-1 shows no signs of distress, and the EFPS does not show SCP-4792-2, all lights in the facility should be turned off, and Class D personnel should conduct a search party. When SCP-4792-2 is located, SCP-4792-1 should be brought to SCP-4792-2, and lead it back to the chamber. If SCP-4792-2 does appear to be in the chamber, Class D personnel are to continue into the chamber and proceed at normal.
If SCP-4792-1 shows signs of distress, one of two protocols should take place.
- SCP-4792-EA- Fully charged electronic devices are to be placed at regular intervals throughout the containment chamber. If any abnormal draining of batteries is observed, chamber is to be sealed until SCP-4792-1 is no longer distressed.
- SCP-4792-EB- Begin procedure SCP-4792-EA. If electronic devices are not observed to have battery power drained, the site is to be evacuated.
Description: SCP-4792-1 is a young, Caucasian male, between █ and █ years of age, and standing 1.4m in height. SCP-4792-1 calls himself William █████, and seems to be a normal child, with the exception of that he is the only person to be able to see and communicate with SCP-4792-2.
SCP-4792-2 is an electrical field, with no discernible origin. SCP-4792-2 often appears to communicate with SCP-4792-1, and has never appeared to leave more than 500m away from SCP-4792-1. Imaging using a EFPS have shown SCP-4792-2 to have a vaguely humanoid shape, with three discernible limbs, a torso, and a head.
When SCP-4792-1 is happy, SCP-4792-2 gives off electric pulses, which will give power to any nearby electronics. The happier SCP-4792-1 is, the stronger the pulse is. When SCP-4792-1 is unhappy for any reason, SCP-4792-2 enters an aggressive state, becomes hostile, and seeks out the cause of the distress, and attempt to destroy it. SCP-4792-2 acquires the ability to kill or drain any electronics, and can cause a human brain to stop functioning. All effects, however, seem unable to affect SCP-4792-1.
SCP-4792-2 has shown extreme hatred for living things or anything human shaped, with the exception of SCP-4792-1. Dolls or models shaped like people will aggravate SCP-4792-2, but will not be affected. Animals induce a more lethal result. Animals that are not effected by SCP-4792-2 include:
- Reptiles
- Amphibians
- Fish
- Birds
It is suspected that other non-mammalian organisms would also not react.
Animals that become dazed include:
- Canines
- Felines
- Aquatic Mammals
- Rodents
- Hoofed Mammals
It is suspected that other mammals would react in a similar fashion.
Animals that die include:
- Apes
- Lemurs
- Humans
It is suspected that other primates would also die.
If a living comes in contact with SCP-4792-2, SCP-4792-2 will enter its aggravated state. If that living being is human, the synapses in the brain of the person stop firing, and they become brain dead. When SCP-4792-2 enters this aggravated state, SCP-4792-1 will become uncomfortable, and, if SCP-4792-2 kills the organism, begin screaming and bleeding from the ears. When questioned why, SCP-4792-1 says that, "He is screaming, and it hurts."
SCP-4792-1 treats SCP-4792-2 as another human being, although it is unable to eat or sleep. SCP-4792-1 becomes upset when SCP-4792-2 is denied what he requests for it, and demands that he be given what he wants.
Addendum:
Interviewed: SCP-4792-1
Interviewer: Dr. ██████
Foreword: Interview held the day of SCP-4972's containment.
<Begin Log>
Dr. ██████: Hello.
SCP-4792-1: Hi. (Long Pause) Who are you?
Dr. ██████: My name is Dr. ██████. I'll be taking care of you now. What's your name?
SCP-4792-1: I'm William. Where am I?
Dr. ██████: This is where you will be living from now on.
SCP-4792-1: Okay.
Dr. ██████: So, what can you tell me about-
SCP-4792-1: Where is my mom?
Dr. ██████: She is… she had to be taken away.
SCP-4792-1: But where?
Dr. ██████: I can't tell you right now. Maybe when you are older.
SCP-4792-1: (sighs) Okay.
Dr. ██████: What can you tell me about your friend?
SCP-4792-1: Oh, his name is Danny. My dad made him. He liked my dad.
Dr. ██████: What happened to your father?
SCP-4792-1: Weird tall guys took him away, and he never came back, but Danny stayed with us. That's when Danny started getting angry.
Dr. ██████: Do you know how your father made Danny? Were you there?
SCP-4792-1: I wasn't there. Dad didn't let me go in his room. That's where he did all of his work.
Dr. ██████: Do you know anything else about your father?
SCP-4792-1: No. He was in his room a lot, and I didn't get to see him.
Dr. ██████: Thank you William. The guards outside will take you to your room now.
Dr. ██████ stands to leave and walks toward the door.
SCP-4792-1: No! Don't walk over the-.
Dr. ██████ falls dead, and SCP-4792-1 begins screaming and covering his ears.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: SCP-4792-1 was escorted immediately to his room. Dr. ██████'s body was taken to an autopsy room for further study.
