The Scarlet Sisters

Special Containment Procedure: The Scarlet Sisters are to be kept jointly in a holding suite in Cadassian Tower. The room is to be guarded at all times and no entry by anyone other than those given explicit permission by the O5 Council. When engaging with the Scarlet Sisters it is necessary to only engage with the sister who is speaking to you directly, known as the primary, and none of the others. Engagement of any other members of the Scarlet Sisters will result in immediate and unconditional expungement from the SCP Foundation at the conclusion of a great trial. Scarlet Sisters are considered highly dangerous and intelligent, protocol cannot be more clear that no sister other than the primary is to be engaged for any reason.
Description: The Scarlet Sisters are a collection of 15 humanoid women all with their faces covered in wooden masks the color of scarlet. The Scarlet Sisters wear long shimmering robes of red, orange, yellow, or gold. During interactions only one sister will engage with personnel as the others will turn away from personnel. However, it is to be noted that while speaking with The Scarlet Sisters an unknown number of sisters other than the primary will whisper things to the personnel in an attempt to draw attention. Personnel who have broken conservation with the primary are lured into a telepathic connection that results in their attempt to help The Scarlet Sisters to break out of containment. The Scarlet Sisters appear to be young beautiful women wearing masks, with each sister styling her hair in various styles of differing time periods.
Origin: The Scarlet Sisters have been collected by the SCP Foundation over the course of 78 years from various locations around the world including Portland, Maine, Canada, Brazil, Haiti, Iran, North Korea, Northern Ireland, Rwanda, Russia, Uzbekistan, India, Israel, and Norway. The first instance of the Scarlet Sister’s being observed dates back 1899 by the Resurrected Knights Templar. During this instance a Scarlet Sister named Ajjeria was providing a fertility ritual to a village in Cambodia that resulted in a previously documented infertile group of women becoming pregnant within the course of the next 6 weeks. Ajjeria was taken by the Resurrected Knights Templar as a witch following the birth of one of the children who had blackened eyes and left all who came into contact with the child with a feeling of dread. Ajjeria disappeared from her captors while they looked at her and none could state what led to her escape. Ajjeria was contained by the SCP Foundation in 1941 when she gave her name and surrendered herself without incident following a ritual in Russia that resulted in the birth of 3 children to previously infertile women, including an 87-year-old woman. Following the containment of Ajjeria complete cooperation has been given by her to the Foundation, however with each new Scarlet Sister that is contained Ajjeria not only has knowledge of their containment but instructs that they be contained with her, resulting in 15 sisters in one suite in the Cadassian Tower. Ajjeria is more often than not the primary by which communication with personnel is made, however other Scarlet Sisters have also been primary including Tal-Dior, Nagga, and Debbie. Ajjeria and Tal-Dior refuse to speak with D-Class Personnel and warn Supervisors that interactions with D-Class will result in escape. Following incident of July 1, 2013 (see addendum) all contact with Scarlet Sisters is under provocation from the O5 Council only.
Documents: During interviews with Scarlet Sisters information about their ability to help human fertility has been given. Ajjeria claims that the ritual evokes Older Eldridge Gods to quicken the womb and make it ready for the children of Hiiiimm. Ajjeria refuses to discuss who or what Hiiiimm is. Ajjeria claims that children born of this ritual are also contained by the SCP Foundation, she cites their files names to interviewing Agent Dr. Kendrick Humphries including SCP’s 073, 049, 096, 134, and 239; though she also claims that 076 is not a product of Hiiiimm but instead of Scarlet King. Further citing top level information Tal-Dior claims that the liquid from SCP 345 can kill SCP 610 without any modification, she does warn that this should only be utilized if 610 tries to enter the tunnels again. During interviews in which Nagga is primary she will continually ask for her child, but she does not indicate who or where her child is; she will weep and attempt to convince the personnel to engage with other Scarlet Sisters.
Scarlet Sisters are mostly docile and will not engage in hostile behaviors unless provoked with violence. Violence will result in the immediate and complete death of the perpetrator and any personnel within 500 square yards.
When asked their purpose or origin by Agent Dr. Kendrick Humphries, Ajjeria, acting as primary, stated that they were there to prepare the world for the next phase. Ajjeria refused to elaborate on what the next phase was. Ajjeria also claimed that not all children born of their ritual had special abilities or are abnormal in any way and she stated that in some way the children of Hiiiimm are mingled with the base, but did not indicate what she meant by that. Agent Dr. Kendrick Humphries spent more time with Ajjeria than any other subject and was eventually allowed to speak with her alone, during which she offered him a chair and suddenly SCP 1609 appeared as if summoned by her. Ajjeria offered Dr. Humphries information about the plans of the GOC to compromise a facility in Canada near where the Scarlet Sister Debbie was discovered. Dr. Humphries then alerted personnel at Area-345 about an impending attack only to discover that the GOC had attacked from the outside while 5 humanoid creatures emerged from the Red Pool and attacked the facility from within, the status of Area-345 is not currently known as Dr. Humphries and Ajjeria left Cadassian Tower shortly thereafter bound for Area-345, all other Scarlet Sisters remain in their Suite.
Addendum: 07/01/2013
Debbie began to convulse during her time as primary and soon after died screaming an incoherent language. D-Class Personnel began to shoot at other Scarlet Sisters attempting to help Debbie. All D-Class Personnel inexplicitly turned their weapons on themselves and committed suicide when the Scarlet Sisters began to sing in the same incoherent language. Upon completion of the singing Tal-Dior assumed primary duties and asked for Dr. Kendrick Humphries to be promoted from researcher to Agent and be the only personnel the Scarlet Sisters engage with from then on. Recording of the incident indicate that the language is ancient low born Sumerian in origin, SCP 343 was inquired to translate the recording for the Foundation. Upon listening to the recording 343 walked through a wall and returned to his containment refusing to speak of the recording again.
