Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3683 is to be placed inside a 12x12x12 cell, the walls are to have a 9" layer of titanium, a 14" layer of lead and a 18" layer of iron. IRNV and FLIR cameras are to be active within the cell. No experiments are to be conducted unless permission is granted from the O-5 Council. if in event of a containment breach all personnel are to evacuate the site and containment teams are to wear leaded Armour and have full body coverage to avoid radiation poisoning or radiation exposure.
Despite being a new asset to site-██, experimentation and talks with SCP-3683 are to be mentioned and given permission by at least 3 members of the O-5 council.
Description: SCP-3683 is a large bear like animal, large spikes protrude from SCP-3863's back and shoulders, it has no fur and leathery skin, because of its extremely large size which varies it is hard to tell were SCP-3683 originated from. SCP-3683 is sentient and can talk fluent English and Russian, its muzzle though is unique, the lower jaw can separate into two which can be used to fit more food within its mouth and it is theorized that it uses the jaws in combat as well which can be deadly. the mouth contains large jagged teeth which are directly connect to the jaws and have multiple rows, the teeth can be compared to that of a shark.
SCP-3683 emits radiation, which the strength can fluctuate with SCP-3683's mood. when SCP-3683 is aware of human presence it will enter a rage state and will attempt to breach containment at all costs. due to its unexplainable healing factor, it can regenerate lost limbs within 30 seconds. when doing this it can generate mass amounts of heat which SCP-3683 uses it to its advantage by attempting to swipe its combatant with the newly regenerated limb which can cause moderate burning.
