Description: SCP 4094 is a tree that can sense movement up to 20 feet around it so it releases ionising radiation which we believe both of these are side affects on what it was made of. Since SCP 4094 releases radiation personnel entering must wear Level b hazmat suits. When personnel enter they always found SCP 4094 in a different location so they started to spray chemical around it so it wouldn't move, although we know it can move we don't know how.
