Description: SCP-XXXX is a pink, 1cmx7.62cmx7.62cm pad of one-hundred¹ “████-██” brand sticky notes. The object displays no apparent anomalous traits, until the removal of at least one note from the pad. Upon removal, what appears to be a handwritten prompt reading "ADJECTIVE:", "NOUN:", "VERB:" will appear on the first note removed. If a single word² is written or typed after each of the words on the prompt, and is in accordance with the grammatical structure of the English language, then the primary anomalous trait will manifest. After 30 seconds without interaction, SCP-XXXX will transmute into a kineograph depicting the description provided on the prompt. It is of crucial note that, while the original text on the prompt always appears to be handwritten in black ballpoint pen, the method used to fill in the prompt with sufficient information will directly affect the resultant kineograph. After the object has transitioned to an active state the images will remain on each page of SCP-XXXX until the pages are removed from SCP-XXXX, or fifteen minutes have passed, at which point the images on each page will rapidly fade to the original shade of pink over the course of twelve seconds. After removal, all pages taken from SCP-XXXX are rendered non-anomalous, retaining the state in which they were removed.

Results: Kineograph of a field of grass blowing in the wind, drawn in graphite.
Analysis: Even though the color 'green' was specified, the resultant flip book was still in the same black graphite as the pencil it was requested with. It seems that SCP-XXXX only responds in the medium the prompt is completed in. Making a note for later. - Researcher Hunter

Results: Kineograph of what appears to be an emaciated adult Carcharodon carcharias, attacking an unidentifiable scuba diver, blue ballpoint pen.
Analysis: This provokes several interesting questions: is SCP-XXXX creating these images, or recreating scenes of real events? And in either case, what are the limits of what it can depict? - Researcher Hunter

+ Recovery Log SCP-XXXX

SCP-XXXX was discovered by Agent █████ ███████, after reports of a “magic notepad” being auctioned at the estate sale of ██████ █. ███ in █████, MT, on 27/6/1979. Due to the short response time to these reports, and technological limitations of the time preventing witnesses from producing substantial evidence of SCP-XXXX anomalous properties, the recovery of the object was reported to the public as petty theft.
