Special Containment Procedures: Entity is stored in a standard humanoid containment cell. Lights and other equipment running electricty is to be replaced every month. Level 1 3 and further clearance is allowed access to this item. All electronical equipment must be reinforced with plastic materials to prevent the effects of SCP-XXXX. Walls of the contaiment chamber must be covered with sound proof material, and made out of tungsten. All personel expect when testing must be more than 5 meters away from SCP-XXXX. In case of a containment breach, all personel shall be equiped with fire weapons filled with custom made tungsten ammunition. Personel aquired to work on SCP-XXXX must not have any practical expirience with VHS tapes or have any memories whatsoever related to the 1980s.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 7,1 feet tall humanoid entity covered in unknown mud like substance of a dark shade of grey. It has long arms with 5 sharp claw like fingers at the end of the palms. The entity has a head in a shape of a hexagon, with blood red nail like material located on several places on it's body. SCP-XXXX has a VHS tape in it's possesion, which seems to be in perfect condition, except for a sticker placed on the VHS tape, with poor handwriting that reads; CRYPT. SCP-XXXX will never let any living creature touch the VHS tape, no matter the circumstances. SCP-XXXX seems to have no organs that would substain it's life, yet it seems to function like a standard helathy human being.SCP-XXXX has an opening its chest, which leads seemingly to nowhere, yet after mayor studies it was discovered the hole is big enough to fit in a standard VHS cassette. SCP-XXXX will make high pitched sounds at random times. It is uknown how SCP-XXXX causes these sounds, as there were no organs or devices able of transmiting sound found in it. SCP-XXXX will at time insert the VHS tape it carries into the hole in it's chest. Afterwards SCP-XXXX will produce sounds normaly heard within an old internet modem dailing up. After about a minute, SCP-XXXX will play music, orginating from the 1940s yet the song or it's producers are unknown and cannot be found. SCP-XXXX will sometimes loop this song for days, remaining idle, without any movement. SCP-XXXXX will enter and leave this state randomly and will stay in it for a random amount of time. Due to it's anomoulous nature it is able to drain electricity while living, which seems to explain why it does not feed. If electronic equipment of any kind is exposed to SCP-XXXX it will eventualy be drained of it's whole power and will not work anymore.
SCP-XXXX's substance it is covered in is deadly to any lifeform, if consumed. Subjects have expirienced extreme nausea and drunk like state, while their organs were meltedby the substance. After losing the vital organs the subjects expired.
SCP-XXXX when seen directly from 5 meters away by any human being, will enter a panic like state where the entity will atempt to run away from the subject. If approached by a subject any further than 3 meters it will make a high pitch sound wave that creates a frequency enough high to mortaly damage the human brain. If subjects wear protective sound proof gear, SCP-XXXX will attempt to use it's claw like fingers to target vital areas. The VHS Tape cannot be taken away from SCP-XXXX, as in previus tests attempting to do so, responded in mass casualites. If any living creature attempts contact with the VHS tape, SCP-XXXX will use both it's fingers and the sound dangerus to the human brain to eliminate the organism that contacted the VHS Tape psychicly. If SCP-XXXX sees any entity that ever had memories of 1980s and knowledge of how VHS tapes work, it will procced to expire them using it's fingers to remove subject's brain via surgery. It is unknown how SCP-XXXX is able to fracture human bone as the entity's claw like fingers do not seem to be anywhere near as sharp as tools used in actual surgeries.
SCP-XXXX was located in Russia, in the Syberian region, in the year 1980 where it was seen walking around the forest.
It's orgin is unknown, all though it's been noted it has been wandering around the forests of Siberia since 1954.
SCP-XXXX can communicate but refuses to do so when asked. SCP-XXXX can understand fluent English, and is fully sapient. When asked about it's orgins SCP-XXXX entered a state of panic and drained the entire site's electricty resulting in a containment breach. SCP-XXXX is kept at site [REDACTED]. SCP-XXXX has potential weakness when in close proximity of tungsten, otherwise no other material or weapon shows any slight danger to the entity. To prevent containment breach, the site SCP-XXXX is located on a small island in the mediterrerian.
Addendum following the incident XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX breached containment and escaped the island with unknown means of transportation. By the command of O5-██, the Site staff have been tasked with searching for SCP-XXXX.
Addendum-A: SCP-XXXX has been found in Germany, █████ on ██. ████. there were over 23 causalties resulting SCP-XXXX due to it's hostile nature towards living organisms. The rest of the witnesses have been treated with Class A amenstiscs. O5 council requested to change the SCP class to Euclid. Clearance level to access this item has been changed to 3 due to extreme danger of lower level personel being unable to have the set of skill to contain SCP-XXXX.
