Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX has been contained in Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell at site-██. It can only be talked to every 4 hours, if any staff member is to communicate to SCP-XXXX under the 4-hour mark, SCP-XXXX will start to become hostile. Any staff member with level 4 clearance or higher may cooperate with SCP-XXXX with approval. Staff must wear a mask to cover their eyes around SCP-XXXX in order to keep him stable, if it is exposed to any type of foreign gas, it will go under a state of violent aggression, staff have concluded it is because SCP-XXXX thinks that it is dying. If SCP-XXXX is needed to be transported, it must be put into a sleeping state and under restraints and 2 armed guards must attend at all times, if SCP-XXXX wakes up while undergoing transportation, Facility Guards must only tranquilize if hostile, and under the circumstance that it is not hostile, reasoning is a better option.

SCP-XXXX should be monitored 24/7, Facility guards must be around Containment 12+ hours a day. To keep SCP-XXXX from going under psychological damage, small round rubber balls have been placed in his Containment Chamber to keep him calm, it has also been found that SCP-XXXX will chase after them if thrown. If it goes under a state of aggressiveness towards scientist's or guards, SCP-XXXX gets aggressive to the point of breaking cement walls.

SCP-XXXX can occasionally be heard speaking Russian in its cell, the translation says that he is saying such things as “No” and “Where are you.” It is unknown what either of these means.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears as a humanoid entity, around 2.1 meters in height. SCP-XXXX appears as a slim man with a full suit of hazmat protection with a gas mask, the left eyelid constantly is closed due to the eyeball being missing. The gas mask has broken glass where the goggles are supposed to be, possibly referencing a fatal error in some type of experiment. What is under the hazmat suit is unknown due to the fact that there is no way for it to come off, cutting it off has yet to be tested. X-rays have concluded that it has normal human properties. SCP-XXXX is very worn down and only moves in a very slow stance. There is a pouch on SCP-XXXX’s side, holding an air canister that has been empty for years.

SCP-XXXX only speaks Russian but understands English, It is unknown why it is not able to speak English himself. SCP-XXXX will communicate and cooperate with staff. SCP-XXXX will come to be irritated if the word “eye” or “left” is mentioned, and will become aggressive if repeated.

If SCP-XXXX spots any left eye in a 6-meter radius, SCP-XXXX will become hostile towards them, trying to take out there left eye, it does not try and kill but is more likely to resort towards the death of SCP-XXXX-1 (victim of SCP-XXXX attack). SCP-XXXX will try and place the eyeball in his empty socket, but of course, it never is his eye.

Staff had discovered in an interview that was issued, SCP-XXXX is looking for his eye that was taken from him a long time ago during a fatal experiment, it is unknown what the accident that happened was.

SCP-XXXX is not weakened by any of the sites automatic security systems, seems to be a tolerance build up from electricity, more likely from an unknown chemical or tolerance from torture.

SCP-XXXX will run very fast if it knows any type of left eye is present, it also becomes able-bodied under these circumstances. Rubber balls seem to calm it down when it undergoes this state.

SCP-XXXX-1 is the subjects who have been attacked by SCP-XXXX. They are in no way dangerous. If SCP-XXXX-1 is found alive, give medical attention towards them immediately, however, they will more likely become deceased after assault.

Addendum XXXX.1: Discovery

SCP-XXXX was discovered in the town of Gorod Ust-Ilimsk Russia. A police investigation was initiated after someone reported a break-in and killed someone named █████, witnesses found the victims left eye missing. When Police had found SCP-XXXX, the entity became extremely hostile. Police had retreated from attacking the entity and escort pedestrians in the area. An interview was not able to be held due to the hostility of SCP-XXXX.

Addendum XXXX.2: Containment

On January ██, ████, SCP-XXXX was spotted again. At 2:28 PM an anonymous call was made to the police about a strange man outside, the man had gone out to go and investigate. When found, SCP-XXXX did not attack or become hostile due to the man wearing strong sunglasses to block the sunlight. The entity told the man “keep the glasses on, and to tell the people who come the same.” The man had done what the entity requested and minutes later, the military had shown up and captured SCP-XXXX, all wearing masks. An interview was held later.

Doctor: So they stole your eye?

SCP-XXXX: No, not exactly. They thought I wouldn't wake up but I started to get up mid-
experiment, and of course, I got really angry.

Doctor: So, did you attack them?

SCP-XXXX: I think, every time I go under these, meltdowns, I don’t remember anything. All I remember is waking up in the forest with no left eye and… and…

Doctor: You need a minute?

SCP-XXXX: (heavy breathing) I just… Don't like talking about this.

Doctor: I understand, take your time.

SCP-XXXX: (falls out of a chair, crying in pain) Who… took it?

Doctor: (talking in radio) He might be undergoing a meltdown, I’m gonna leave the room.

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX seems to get agitated when mentioning its troubles.

Addendum XXXX.3: Observation Log

SCP-XXXX has been hiding in corners, laying in beds, and crying for help, not for anyone specific, however. The entity gets angry for no reason, and when angry, nothing seems to stop it, cement walling is able to be breached under these circumstances. It usually calms down after 3 minutes.

Observational Log XXXX.OL.1 SUMMARY

Subject: SCP-XXXX

Preface: A test subject (D-78435) was placed into SCP-XXXX containment for research
purposes. The Entity seemed to become agitated when introduced.

Observation Notes: SCP-XXXX looked over at the test subject once introduced. The entity
started to shake and scream when the Class-D had entered containment. After about 3.56 seconds, seconds, SCP-XXXX had gotten angry to the point where it ran up to the Class-D and killed it, taking the left eye. When SCP-XXXX had the left eye, the entity tried to put it in its eye socket, but it just fell right out, he then screamed in Russian “Who” then cried for help.

SCP-XXXX seemed really upset at itself after the incident. The patterns the entity undergoes seems to be uncontrolled by its self-consciousness. Possible major schizophrenia or PTSD. SCP-XXXX is confused for the time following but also really emotionally discouraged.
