Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is stored in a normal Storage Room with no special precautions. SCP-XXXX is sealed in a reinforced glass case measuring 2m on all sides with the glass being no fewer than 12 centimeters (4,7 inches) thick. The glass case is to be sorrounded by a 10 centimeter (4 inches) thick military grade ballistic ceramic plate. Any glass shards that make it through will be caught by the secondary containment area which consists of 30 layers of highly dense kevlar plates. Any personnel or subjects that enter SCP-XXXX containment chamber will be terminated by the two (2) armed guards on site. Access to the Observatory requires Secruity Clearence Level 3.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a crate full of (12) green glass water bottles with unknown origin. The label on the bottles and crate was torn off. Many of the bottles are discolored in a deep yellow color. The cap, which is screwed on loosely, is not to be touched by any personnel at any point of time. Individuals that decide to apply force to the cap of SCP-XXXX-01 in any means possible, will be met with a huge explosion, that can be compared to the blast of a military fragmentation grenade. Individuals will be instantly met with razor-sharp, fast-moving microscopic glass shards that perforate deep into the persons body causing internal bleeding, insufferable pain and possible death if any vital areas such as the heart, brain or liver have been struck. Any shards that reach one of the two lungs, will instantly create a fast growing, malignant cancerous growth. SCP-XXXX-02 posses the ability to reconstruct and molecularly return to its original state that it was prior to its explosion.

SCP-500 could in theory be used to negate effects of SCP-XXXX-02. Further Testing required.

Addendum 1: Dr. ██████ asks cleaning personnel Mr. ██████ to bring him a bottle of sparkling water. Mr. ██████ follows the order and brings him a bottle of SCP-XXXX, which he mistakens for a normal bottle of water. Mr. ██████ leaves Dr. ██████'s office.

Addendum 2: Dr. ██████ starts to scream and falls down to the floor, as the walls of his office are sprayed in a fine mist of blood and guts. Mr. ██████ calls a group of guards. SCP-XXXX-01 reconstructs infront of the guards and falls to the floor. Dr. ██████ is killed.

Addendum 3: Further Investigation shows that the cause of the Explosion was SCP-XXXX-01. Dissection shows that Dr. ██████ died from internal bleeding. No remnants of glass were found inside of his carcass.

Results: Subject D-49██ appears to be perfectly fine. Subject D-49██ complained about pain in the lower abdomen.
