Description: SCP-XXXX is a strange phenomena affecting the Foundation's database. Known effects of SCP-XXXX include editing SCP entries by removing information, or by editing/adding in false information, and creating false SCP entries that actually do not exist. An SCP-XXXX event occurs about once per two weeks.
It is unknown whether SCP-XXXX is caused an intelligence or not. Dr. ███████ proposed that SCP-XXXX might be caused by [REDACTED], which is known for its animosity to the Foundation.
It is unknown whether SCP-XXXX is able to affect entries of any SCP, as it seems that it takes interest primarily in SCPs that have something to do with SCP-████.
SCP-XXXX was first discovered when Dr. ███████ noticed that the Foundation's database contained several entries of SCPs that were never contained and are currently unknown to the Foundation. Dr. ███████ ordered the false SCP entries to be destroyed. Soon after, other false SCP entries began to appear on the Foundation's database.
