Special Containment Procedures: REVISION 11-06-XX Object is to be monitored by CCTV at all times of the day. Should there be an issue with observation of the object, it is to be removed within 10 minutes of the noted camera failure and placed into a room with at least two (2) humans with 20/40 vision or higher to observe the object. At no time whatsoever is the object to be used for sitting, resting, leaning on, or any other type of resting manner. Once repairs have been made to surveillance systems, the object is to be put back into its containment chamber immediately.

If at any point in time sounds start to emanate from the containment area, or recordings begin to distort in any manner, object is to be immediately placed in a room with at least 2 human observers until perceived noises cease.
