SCP-XXXX upon recovery

Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a humanoid containment cell with a standard medical facility, attached to a life support system and given all necessary medical attention. A basic signal disruptor is to be incorporated into SCP-XXXX’s containment facility. At all times a Television set is to be tuned into SCP-XXXX’s broadcasts and all broadcasted imagery and audio is to be recorded for later examination and analysis. To view logged broadcasts (and related files), see Addendum XXXX-1.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a human male in a state of paralysis, due to a spinal injury, who possesses the ability to broadcast their thoughts to any working television set within a 900-mile radius. SCP-XXXX has been verified as ████ ████ an Englishman from ████, ███, England, where he was recovered (see recovery report). SCP-XXXX does not have constant thoughts, commonly broadcasting static or black. During these gaps between thoughts, brain function is reduced to purely subconscious body function maintainment.

SCP-XXXX's anomalous abilities are assumed not to have been present before its hospitalization as no evidence of such can be found.
