Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX resides in a 6.1 m by 6.1 m (20 ft by 20 ft) room, but is to be free within the facilities of Site ██. SCP-XXXX mustn't leave the Site under any circumstances, and in the case that SCP-XXXX attempts to go outside or goes into an unsure/agitated state, its Companion or a Clearance Level 4 (or higher) individual must be called for mediatic actions to take place.
All personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX with a Clearance Level under 4 should only be shown a fake version of the Special Containment Procedures for SCP-XXXX, to prevent the assigned individual from being intimidated by the subject's anomalous properties, as this may cause them to interact with SCP-XXXX in such a way that makes it feel suspicious or restrained.
SCP-XXXX has to be constantly supervised and treated gently, as it must not be fully aware of the fact that it is being contained. If SCP-XXXX asks for candy, it must be given some as requested. As such, anyone working at the facilities of Site ██ is required to have at least one assorted snack or candy item with them at all times. Dr. Alan E████ has made it so that SCP-XXXX associates snacks with security, so that when it is in any of its advanced stages, SCP-XXXX can be more easily brought back to its inert state when consuming a treat. If any on-hand personnel are unable to provide snacks, or snacks fail to yield any positive reaction, then engaging with SCP-XXXX is permitted. Calmly speaking with SCP-XXXX is to be done by any personnel with a Clearance Level of 4 (or higher) until snacks are provided to the subject or until the subject begins to revert to its inert state. Any nearby personnel that fail to have snack items on hand in the event of SCP-XXXX advancing to an aggressive state are to be temporarily demoted in Clearance Level until further notice.
For ensuring SCP-XXXX’s safety and well being, there must always be at least one companion in charge of it’s supervision, entertainment, and education. It is discouraged to supervise SCP-XXXX at all times or directly with great numbers of personnel, as this can startle it.
Accoring to Dr.Alan E████'s instructions, ESCP-XXXX’s companion must be a licensed psychologist aware of SCP-XXXX’s history and personal traits. This, added to using a mask, ensures SCP-XXXX is lead to believe that all of its companions are the same person. In this fashion, the companion character is perpetuated, as they are replaced periodically so they don’t get emotionally attached to the subject, or in the case they get to see SCP-XXXX’s advanced stages.
When dispatching a companion, class C amnestics shall be administered.
Following, a list of SCP-XXXX's companions, from the date implementation of such figure to the SCP-XXXX's supervision team, as of ██-██-██:

States:
-D(eceased) (Died by natural cause or the SCP-XXXX’s doing)
-T(erminated) (Killed by the SCP foundation)
-F(ired) (This implies amnestics were subministrated)
-R(esigned) (Resigned from the position. This implies amnestics were subministrated)
-(On) P(ension. This implies amnestics were subministrated)
If SCP-XXXX is allowed to enter any later stage of agitated development, the O5 Council must be contacted so as to decide how the situation will be handled. Simultaneously, MTF Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed Fox") must mobilize to SCP-XXXX's position and preemptively start combat preparation in the case of it becoming aggressive enough to where the O5 Council deem weaponry force necessary (any instructions relayed by the O5 Council must be approved by the Ethics Committee before execution).
In the case that SCP-XXXX or the site administrator requests for temporal or permanent relocation, it will or won’t be granted based on the criteria of the O5 Council and the Ethics Committee. The same procedure must be followed for other similar activities such as experiments or research made with SCP-XXXX.
This decision will be dispatched with an obligatory report which will specify:
- The whereabouts of SCP-XXXX for the time of the extraction.
- In the case of relocation, the new Site and a detailed report regarding the reasons of such decision, and an explanation as to why the relocation is unavoidable.
- If experimented on, the procedure it’ll be subjected to.
- The personnel of the containment team. This must consist of: a companion, a fully armed and undercover task force, and the team of researchers assigned to SCP-XXXX.
The relocation must be presented to SCP-XXXX as a "field trip" or "camp", in which up to 5 D-Class personnel must be instructed to act as if part of one.
All personnel involved in the relocation must carry snacks and be given Need-To-Know access to SCP-XXXX (the latter with the exception of D-Class personnel). After the relocation, those individuals that aren't part of the permanent research team must be administered Class C amnestics, and all D-Class personnel terminated.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a black haired girl, with green eyes and freckles.
It has a scar on it's back, beginning near the left scapula and ending on the right side of her lower back. Exactly when or how it was obtained is still unknown. SCP-XXXX assures that it got it “When the stupid colatition [sic, probably in reference to the GOC] tried to cage me”. Regardless of the passage of time, SCP-XXXX does not appear to age, and always retains the appearance of a 9 year old. In its “regular” state, SCP-XXXX possesses an anomalous amount of strength and agility for a human of her age, but has a rather cheerful demeanor.
SCP-XXXX’s anomalous effects manifest when it feels restrained or ”contained”. When SCP-XXXX considers itself to be under restrain, it will undergo several physical and psychological transformations. Different “stages” have been determined to refer to the number and power of such anomalies acquired by the SCP-XXXX:
As SCP-XXXX feels more and more contained, its apparent age will increase (with the highest apparent age measured at 3█) alongside its IQ and personality, which will grow accordingly with its age.
- Stage 1 and up: SCP-XXXX hits puberty. Alongside its age, SCP-XXXX’s strength and agility will increase with no apparent upper bound (with its highest recorded level of force being 1,450 kilo-newtons, and its highest record speed being Mach 1).
- Stage 2 and up: SCP-XXXX turns into a young adult. Its skin will harden, allowing it to withstand most conventional weapons.
- Stage 3 and up: SCP-XXXX becomes a full grown adult. It will start to develop an increasing regenerative ability, allowing it to quickly recover from wounds and injuries.
It should be stated that the knowledge possessed by SCP-XXXX is highly advanced for a human of a similar "age" and will only increase as such with the upper stages of development. Included with this knowledge is a vast understanding and familiarity with many different types of weaponry and combat tactics.
For these reasons, SCP-XXXX’s containment procedures consist of making sure SCP-XXXX is unaware of the fact that it is being contained, and making it feel comfortable so as to not to trigger its anomalies.
Any experimentation regarding the potential or extent of SCP-XXXX's aggressive abilities is highly discouraged due to the danger it entails, and therefore requires the approval of the O5 Council and the Ethics Committee (and to be supervised by Dr. Alan E████).
