Due to SCP XXXX's nature, containment is currently impossible. However, all possible instances of SCP XXXX are monitored by Foundation personnel working in organizations such as local police departments, Child Protective Services and The Center For Missing and Exploited Children.

Description

SCP XXXX, dubbed "Cradlerobber" by Foundation personnel, is a Euclid class entity SCP XXXX is only active within North America, specifically the continental United States. Eyewitnesses report SCP XXXX as a small humanoid covered in a white cloth. It should be noted that SCP XXXX has not been seen by Foundation personnel or any individual SCP XXXX has not interacted with.

SCP XXXX originally came to the Foundation's attention after a young child from Nebraska was reported missing from their home and found in Chicago, Illinois two hours later. The child did not know how they traveled to Illinois or if they traveled with anyone or thing. Investigations into the home revealed that the child was heavily neglected.

Similar disappearances and reappearances have taken place over the past 25 years. All instances of kidnapped children are aged 5-10 and have been found to originate from abusive or neglectful home lives.
