Description: SCP-5XXX is an unusually large, metallic double door, measuring 49.5m (162ft) wide at its base and 80.0m (262ft) tall at its apex. It is composed mostly of gold with trace elements of other metals. The doorway housing SCP-5XXX is composed mostly of concrete, and is built into an otherwise mundane cliffside.

SCP-5XXX features a large keyhole 24.5m (81.0ft) above its base. The corresponding key has not been found, however, a functioning artificial key has been constructed. This key has been designated SCP-5XXX-2.

SCP-5XXX-1 features a rough, hilly terrain populated by alien, but non-anomalous, flora.
