(The D-Class personnel enter through the door, it is kept open with a technician to feed the rope in. He is instructed to shut the door if required.)

D-1: This place is fucking dark.

(D-2 chuckles)

D-3: Yeah, it's also wet and has a metallic smell.

(The D-Class personnel proceed through the cave opening)

The personnel descend through the cave for ██ minutes before halting. The tunnel splits into Two.)

(the shoulder camera notices two faint lights in the corner of the right tunnel for a second.)

Control: In that case can everyone proceed down the right tunnel?

D-3: Yes, good idea.

(The personnel go into the right tunnel.))

D-3: There seems to some sort of thick liquid on the floor

Control: With caution, put some of it in the test tube.

(The technician is instructed to wait for the sample then to cut the rope and shut the door with the key.)

(D-1 rips his camera off and begins to go back.)

Control: D-2 and D-3 please continue on.

D-3: Well, we cant turn back now, so lets make the best of it.

(Several minutes pass.)

D-1: Oh, what the fuck is that?

(D-1 is heard running for a couple of seconds before he falls. D-1 is heard screaming after which > a found of a liquid fills his mouth. The microphone goes static.)

Addendum: Recovered Materials:

Additional Notes: Due catastrophic failure that was expedition 6, no more explorations are to occur. Expedition 6 caused a major loss of life and a containment breach, the humanoid entities inhabiting
SCP-████ had escaped their dimension and caused havoc at site-██. The overall losses included
[DATA EXPUNGED] casualties with [DATA EXPUNGED] injured. access to expedition 6 is denied until further notice. The cause of the failure is thought to be human error.
