Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 20x20x20 cubical room with only three lights hanging in a triangular format with each light 11 inches apart from each other and at a medium-dimmed light setting.
Upon request, SCP-XXXX is to be given a manuscript or copy of information containing a popular horror character, whether from a video game or other popular types of horror media.
A guard must stand outside of SCP-XXXX’s containment room, and must be switched with another guard within a 1-hour period. Those of Level 2 clearance and above are allowed into SCP-XXXX’s containment room, along with an individual of Class B personnel.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a seemingly solid yet paranormal entity that has a severe intolerance to bright light, and it claims to feel pains of severe burning when exposed. In it’s base form, SCP-XXXX is a 2.1 meter tall humanoid with long, slender arms and legs, three fingers on each hand that are longer than the hand itself, a slim body at the ab section, and giant proportions at the shoulders. Although devoid of facial features, SCP-XXXX has written on himself a crudely drawn face with a long smile that seems to be written by permanent marker.
SCP-XXXX has the ability of taking the form of characters from many different horror titles, whether very popular or mundane. The many forms SCP-XXXX has manifested included those of popular horror game characters, such as Pyramid Head from “Silent Hill”, popular characters from horror films such as Jason Vorhees from “Friday the 13th”, and popular characters from Creepypastas, such as Jeff the Killer. Whenever SCP-4805 takes these forms, it speaks in the same way as the form would say in its respected franchise.
Though it takes the forms of horror characters, in which all have been seen in media as having murderous intent, SCP-XXXX is actually known to be very friendly, stating that it takes the forms of said horror characters due to its extreme fascination and understanding of the horror genre, though it did also state that because of this, it was hard for SCP-XXXX to “make any friends”. SCP-XXXX also has an exceedingly fascinating curiosity of the human race, and personally enjoys taking the form of an individual’s favorite horror character if requested.
SCP-XXXX was discovered in an abandoned house in the suburbs of ████████, Virginia. SCP-XXXX was recognized of its existence when a group of teenagers reported to authorities that they saw a “nightmare demon”. When the Foundation entered the abandoned house, personnel found SCP-4805 in the living room, as well as a shelf containing documents upon documents of information regarding horror characters, films, games, shows, and other media.
After extraction of SCP-XXXX, the teenagers and authorities involved with the discovery of SCP-XXXX were give amnestics and false memories.

Dr. █████ walks into SCP-XXXX containment room. SCP-XXXX is currently in its base form.
Dr.⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️: Hello, SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX: Hey there, Doctor. How are you on this fine lovely day?
Dr.⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️: I’m doing just fine. And you?
SCP-XXXX: Oh, just fine doctor!
Dr.⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️: Is it alright if I ask you a few questions?
SCP-XXXX: Ask away!
Dr.⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️: So, why do you like taking the forms you take.
SCP-XXXX: Well, it’s because I like the way they look!
Dr.⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️: Okay, then why do you like the horror genre in general?
SCP-XXXX: Well, you know that sort of suspense or thrill that comes from stuff like that. Humans find that terrifying, but I find it…. unique. It gives you that rush of dread that makes you anticipate every action that comes next. There’s nothing else like t!
Dr. ⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️: A very good synopsis!
SCP-XXXX: Thank you!
Dr. ⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️: Okay then. Well, when we found you, we we were concerned that you would be deemed hostile, but instead you went with us with exceptional cooperation. Why is that?
SCP-XXXX: Well, it’s because I love humans! I usually hide from them because every time I showed up to some of them, they ran away, practically screaming. You know, it’s hard to get a conceptual understanding of other people when you can’t be able to even show yourself? I thought it wouldn’t be possible… until you guys came along!
Dr. ⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️: Okay then, well, thank you for exceedingly generous cooperation.
SCP-XXXX: You too, Doc!
Dr.⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️ exits the containment room.
