Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment room with standard anomalous humanoid protocol. Contact with SCP-XXXX must be approved by a Senior Researcher, and interaction with SCP-XXXX is to be made strictly within its containment observation room to avoid a breach.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid Caucasian male with short orange hair. It carries a large leather briefcase. Its height is approximately 1.9 meters.
SCP-XXXX will offer its target various items. The objects that SCP-XXXX offers are extremely unpredictable and occasionally dangerous. It has been known to offer items that possess anomalous properties. With all conducted testing so far, subjects will always receive the object.
SCP-XXXX does not ask for anything in exchange for its products. SCP-XXXX only accepts stories and information offered by its target.
SCP-XXXX can manifest itself anywhere in any space. If the subject leaves SCP-XXXX during a story, it will be able to follow the subject anywhere in both a physical and digital environment. Once engaged, it has been known to manifest itself at doors, over phone connections, and in online forums and social media. When monitored during this process, SCP-XXXX is unable to be seen physically until 23 seconds before interaction with its target. When appearing over phone connections or websites, SCP-XXXX's physical body disappears alongside its briefcase.
SCP-XXXX's briefcase contains a seemingly limitless amount of space. It only manifests the briefcase when offering. offering an item, it removes it from the briefcase despite its relative size.
Attempts to remove the briefcase from SCP-XXXX have been unsuccessful.
SCP-XXXX has knowledge about the foundation, though it doesn't seem to know much. SCP-XXXX has a psychic connection to the objects it offers. It was discovered that its communication with these objects is where it received its knowledge of the foundation.
