Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment room with standard anomalous humanoid protocol. Contact with SCP-XXXX must be approved by a Senior Researcher, and interaction with SCP-XXXX is to be made strictly within its containment observation room to avoid a breach.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid Caucasian male with short orange hair. It carries a large leather briefcase. Its height is approximately 1.9 meters.

SCP-XXXX will offer its target various items. The objects that SCP-XXXX offers are extremely unpredictable and occasionally dangerous. It has been known to offer items that possess anomalous properties. With all conducted testing so far, subjects will always receive the object.

SCP-XXXX does not ask for anything in exchange for its products. SCP-XXXX only accepts stories and information offered by its target.

SCP-XXXX can manifest itself anywhere in any space. If the subject leaves SCP-XXXX during a story, it will be able to follow the subject anywhere in both a physical and digital environment. Once engaged, it has been known to manifest itself at doors, over phone connections, and in online forums and social media. When monitored during this process, SCP-XXXX is unable to be seen physically until 23 seconds before interaction with its target. When appearing over phone connections or websites, SCP-XXXX's physical body disappears alongside its briefcase.

SCP-XXXX's briefcase contains a seemingly limitless amount of space. It only manifests the briefcase when offering. offering an item, it removes it from the briefcase despite its relative size.
Attempts to remove the briefcase from SCP-XXXX have been unsuccessful.

SCP-XXXX has knowledge about the foundation, though it doesn't seem to know much. SCP-XXXX has a psychic connection to the objects it offers. It was discovered that its communication with these objects is where it received its knowledge of the foundation.

Addendum XXXX-1 02.20.09: Testing with SCP-XXXX objects will be continued using D-Class personnel.

Addendum XXXX-2 07.14.10: After an incident with SCP-XXXX Object-5, receiving objects from SCP-XXXX are prohibited.

SCP-XXXX: Hey there.

Dr. Menegazzo: Good afternoon. (Dr. Menegazzo sits down in the observation room directly opposite to SCP-XXXX) My name is Dr. Menegazzo. Would you mind if I ask you some questions?

SCP-XXXX: I don't mind at all. Please, ask away.

Dr. Menegazzo: Very well. What's your name?

SCP-XXXX: (SCP-XXXX chuckles) I have absolutely no idea. Isn't that funny? I dunno, I guess I don't really keep track of these things anymore.

Dr. Menegazzo: Anymore? Do you know how old you are?

SCP-XXXX: I haven't really had the time to count, I've been listening to stories for ages.

Dr. Menegazzo: How many items do you believe you've given in your time?

SCP-XXXX: Hundreds, thousands. As many as I had to.

Dr. Menegazzo Have you kept some kind of record of these offerings?

SCP-XXXX: Of course not. I don't know if you've noticed but I offer these products for no cost but a good story.

Dr. Menegazzo: Makes sense. Have you ever considered the possible harm your products could bring?

SCP-XXXX: Who says I haven't? Of course I have, but I just can't help myself. If I get too worried about what I offer, I won't get to hear the stories of the world.

Dr. Menegazzo: You seem to possess some knowledge of the foundation. Can you explain how you learned who we are?

SCP-XXXX: My things tell me all sorts of things about you.

(Dr. Menegazzo sits back in his chair)

Dr. Menegazzo: Your objects are able to communicate with you?

SCP-XXXX: I can speak to them. I know I shouldn't talk to them after I've given them away, but I grow very attached.

Dr. Menegazzo: How many of your items do you believe we have here?

SCP-XXXX: I don't know, probably a few, besides the ones I've given you.

Dr. Menegazzo: You can't tell?

SCP-XXXX: If your group of thieves stopped stealing my objects from those who earned them, then I'd be able to give you a better idea. The things you do to them are awful. Have you ever considered how they might feel?

Dr. Menegazzo: We didn't… Before we found you. Do you know if we've taken any of your items?

SCP-XXXX: You've taken many of my objects over the years, for as long as I can remember you've been stealing from my customers.

Dr. Menegazzo: So you do believe we have items here that you've given?

SCP-XXXX: Probably, yes.

Dr. Menegazzo: Is there anything you'd like to add?

SCP-XXXX: Yeah, got any food? I'm starving.

Dr. Menegazzo: I need to speak to some people. (Dr. Menegazzo stands and moves towards the door of the observation room) We'll send someone in to give you some food soon.

SCP-XXXX: I presume we'll meet again soon, no?

Dr. Menegazzo: If things go to plan, yes.

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX was co-operative with Dr. Menegazzo, although, SCP-XXXX was growing more aggressive when talking about its items. From established knowledge, SCP-████ is to be reviewed under the possibility of originating from SCP-XXXX. Dr. Menegazzo said he felt abnormally unhappy after the interview. Psychological evaluations showed Dr. Menegazzo was in a normal psychological state. Testing will be done to observe SCP-XXXX's possible psychological effects.

Object Description: SCP-XXXX Object-1 appears to be a regular hula doll. The doll is almost identical to hula dolls made by [REDACTED]. The most notable difference between [REDACTED]'s hula dolls and this object is its strange discoloration around the base of the doll. When interacted with, the doll will sway from side to side, seemingly infinitely as the name claims. The object has been shown to only discontinue its movement after being held still.
