Image taken mid-evening, houses in background, show its near a residential area, can then be humans who have had interactions with it, eyewitnesses. Unclear on what it is but doesnt seem to be dangerous, could be seen as a eco-friendly (need better term) animal, only angered if you do harm to its home, e.g. pouring stuff in lake. incident with group of teens having party on lake?

contained by setting up a fenced perimeter, pretty easy to contain, signs saying don't enter, warnings of litter.
