Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid extra-dimensional entity currently in the form of noted economist ███ ██████. SCP-XXXX draws sustenance from large scale economic crashes and will begin to undergo dramatic physical and behavioral changes after an extended period of time has passed since one of these crashes. The arms,torso,jaw,neck,teeth,fingers,and eye sockets of SCP-XXXX will begin to stretch vertically. SCP-XXXX will also experience a dramatic boost to strength and speed, accompanied with a severe drop in intelligence and violent cannibalistic tendencies. These changes develop at an extremely slow pace and will be reversed entirely in the event of a large scale economic downturn.

Operation Plutis was a Foundation investigation into the cause of the global economic crisis commonly referred to as The Great Depression. Following the depression The Foundation suffered budgetary cutbacks as a result of the collapse of many Foundation front companies. The purpose of Operation Plutis was to use information about the causes of The Great Depression as a way of discovering how to prevent any other disruption of Foundation activities by outside economic stresses.
