Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is located at Site-28 in a 50m x 50m room. Two cows must remain in SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber at all times. Only staff with level 2 clearance or higher with experience handling animals are allowed to enter SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber, and all testing done on SCP-XXXX must be approved by the current site director and fully documented on a day by day basis.1
Description: SCP-XXXX is a small silver statue of a cow one foot in length. The spots on the cow are replaced by carvings of mints in different sizes.
When SCP-XXXX is not in a 50 meter radius of any cow, it will rust much quicker than normal and start to break down. When in the presence of one cow the rusting will be slower than normal, but when in the presence of two cows the rusting will stop completely, and if SCP-XXXX has been damaged, it will repair itself.
On the belly of SCP-XXXX, the words “To ascend, I follow the cow” are carved. When said while holding SCP-XXXX, the subject will glow a pale green color before returning to normal.
During the next ten days, when waking up, the subject will hear a man’s voice, telling the subject do do certain things.2 If the subject fails to complete this task during the end of the day, they will glow a pale red color before returning to normal, with the voice being gone.
If the subject completes all ten days, when they fall asleep, they will be visited by a man calling himself the “Bovine Master.” The Bovine Master will then grant the subject one wish. The next day, the subject will awake with whatever they wished for.3 This process can be repeated.
Addendum XXXX-A: List of things subjects have wished for:
1: “A 2019 Chevrolet Camaro LT please.” (Appeared in Dr. █████’s garage the next morning.)
2: “To be smarter.” (Dr. █████ got an 187 on a Foundation made IQ test.)
3: “Knowledge of the afterlife.” (Dr. ███████ woke up with a mint on his work desk saying,
Dear Dr. ███████,
Due to the nature of this request, I was unable to grant it. However if you eat this mint, I will happily give you another wish!

Addendum XXXX-B: Dr. █████’s logs with SCP-XXXX
Day 1:
The voice told me to, “Drink a glass of milk!” It has a deep voice, and was exited when speaking. I had some toast with milk today.
Day 2:
The voice told me to, “take some time for yourself, you seem stressed.” The voice sounded concerned today. It also knows I’ve been working a lot. I’ve requested to take the day off.
Day 3:
The voice told me to, “Have a mint after every meal!” The voice went back to sounding enthusiastic. I went out to eat at [REDACTED] and took some mints for the rest of the day.
Day 4:
The voice told me to, “Make a chocolate milk today!” I had to go to the store and buy some [REDACTED] brand chocolate syrup. I again had toast with my chocolate milk.
Day 5:
The voice told me to, “Buy a gallon of milk!” I went to [REDACTED] and bought a carton.
Day 6:
The voice told me to, “Read about cows! I love reading!” The voice sounds less uptight. I read my son’s book, [REDACTED].
Day 7:
The voice told me to, “Watch a video about mints! [REDACTED] is my favorite!” I bought the specified DVD and watched it on my break.
Day 8:
The voice told me to, “Buy some mints!” I bought some when going grocery shopping.
Day 9:
The voice told me to, “Drink two glasses of milk today!” The voice proceeded to laugh, before fading out. I had a glass of milk when eating breakfast and dinner.
Day 10:
The voice told me to, “Talk to some cows!” I went to SCP-XXXX’s containment cell and talked to the cows there for thirty minutes.
Day 11:
During a dream I had, a humanoid with tan skin and dark brown hair appeared. The humanoid had a nose piercing with a golden ring. He wore golden robes with silver lining, with bronze mints patterning the robes. He called himself the “Bovine Master” and said he’d grant me one wish. I wished for a 2019 Chevrolet Camaro LT. When I woke up, I checked my garage and the car was there.
Day 12:
The voice has stopped asking me to do things.
