Special Containment procedures :

SCP XXXX is to be kept within a small containment room with windows and reinforced iron bars placed outside the room to prevent escape. SCP XXXX is allowed to make requests, however, all requests must be approved by personnel with level 4 clearance. SCP XXXX must be allotted social time for family and friends, however all guests must be approved by personnel with level 4 clearance before admittance. SCP XXXX must be given 3 meals a day, running water, lavatories, books and other forms of entertainment. SCP XXXX must also be given a basic education as appropriate for her age.

SCP XXXX is to kept at Site █and monitored at all times. Under no circumstances shall SCP XXXX enter a SCP XXXX-C state. All personnel must prevent such a state by calming XXXX, contacting parents of XXXX, or by administering tranquilisers should the situation call for it. Containment room must be airtight and must be able to completely fill with sleeper agent in less than 10 seconds after activation. Should SCP XXXX enter SCP XXXX- C state, immediate action must be taken and a full evacuation of Site █must be conducted without hesitation.

Any and all testing must be passed by 05 council and must be done with caution. Any researcher, doctor or personnel may not mention Incident XXXX -1 to SCP XXXX under no circumstances. Should a personnel mention Incident XXXX -1 to SCP XXXX, immediate amnestics should be administered to SCP XXXX and the offending personnel will be severely reprimanded and punishments may include (but not limited to): Project transferal, Administration of amnestic, Demotion to D-class, Termination and forced into hearing Dr █████ sing karaoke.

Description:
Scp - XXXX is an 8 year old Caucasian female from ██████ . Entity has blond hair, green eyes and shows above average intelligence for age. First recorded in ██████ Ohio, after reports following strange anomalies at [REDACTED] elementary school. Reports describe rapid change in emotion and “Intrusive Emotions”. Reports also describe sightings like sudden weather changes and collapsing school park benches.

Scp - XXXX is a normal functioning human and at first glance appears to be completely average. SCP - XXXX’s main anomalous attributes appear whenever XXXX portrays emotion. All personnel and entities who see, hear or are in presence of SCP XXXX, begin to feel emotional changes in relation to SCP XXXX’s emotional state.

While some SCPs have shown some resistance to this, [see archive XXXX / [REDACTED] - 1] all entities and personnel will eventually come to emotional equivalence with SCP XXXX. Object may pose a dire threat due to when SCP - XXXX experiences extreme joy (henceforth referred to as State XXXX - A) , extreme fear (henceforth referred to as State XXXX - B) , or extreme anger (henceforth referred to State XXXX - C).

Dr Dain: “Good morning, XXXX. How are you -”
SCP - XXXX: “Cassidy.”
Dr Dain: “…What?”
SCP - XXXX: “Cassidy. My name is Cassidy. What’s yours?”
Dr Dain: “Well…Cassidy, I’m Dr Dain. It’s nice to meet you. Do you know why you’re here?”
SCP - XXXX: “No… Not really… Momma said it was because I had a gift and you wanted to study me, make sure I didn’t hurt the other kids.”
Dr Dain: “That’s correct. We just have a few concerns that you may pose a threat to some people. We just want to know if those concerns are valid or not. Does that sound okay?”
SCP - XXXX: “…okay…”
Dr Dain: “Good. Now, can you tell me what you know about your…gift?”
SCP - XXXX: “I know that I can change the way that people feel, when I’m happy, I can make other people happy. When I’m sad, other people feel sad. One time when I was REALLY sad, I made it rain… but I don’t know how…”
Dr Dain: “That’s okay. Do you know when this started? Was there any cause?”
SCP - XXXX: “I don’t know… I think it’s been like this for as long as I can remember. I don’t like it though. A lot of the kids at school don’t like me because they’re afraid of me”
<SCP - XXXX began to feel sad, seemingly fighting of tears. Researcher Dain reports anomalous properties becoming present>
Dr Dain: “I’m sorry to hear that, Cassidy. Have you ever had the urge to hurt anyone?”
SCP - XXXX: “No! I don’t want to hurt anybody… I just want to fit it, be like the other kids.”
<Researcher Dain notes feeling lonely and distant at this time>
Dr Dain: “I see. Well if you let us help you, we’ll try to see what we can do for you."
SCP - XXXX: “Okay, Thank you.”
Dr Dain: “One more question for you, Cassidy. Did you ever hurt anyone with your abilities?”
SCP - XXXX: “…yes… My sister once. We were in a fight. She took Bowie once when -”
Dr Dain: “Bowie?”
SCP - XXXX: “Bowie, my bear.”
<SCP - XXXX lifts stuffed bear to Researcher Dain. Bear was tan with black, plastic eyes, and sported a small plaid bowtie>
**Dr Dain : “I see. Go on.”
SCP - XXXX : “Well she took Bowie away from me and told me to “Grow up”. I got mad… I screamed at her and she just…flew across the room and hit the wall really hard. She’s hated me ever since…”
Dr Dain: “I see. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t hate you. But thank you for your help, Cassidy. I have other matters to attend to, feel free to make yourself comfortable.”

When given free time, SCP XXXX enjoys a normal social life and activities relevant to her age. Testing on SCP XXXX’s abilities began quickly after containment. Tests began with showing SCP XXXX pictures, videos and music. Results showed that when changes in SCP XXXX’s mood were noted, all involved parties currently viewing, listening or in presence of SCP XXXX experience similar mood shifts. Upon viewing a puppy, all parties quickly feel affection. Upon introducing SCP XXXX’s parents to containment, all parties feel love. Test #8 showed massive implications for State XXXX - A and its effects to the environment around SCP XXXX.

Test: Introduction to longtime best friend [REDACTED] to SCP XXXX’s containment room to induce State XXXX - A

Hypothesis: SCP XXXX may have other effects on patient’s health in State XXXX - A.
Note: Individual chosen to see SCP XXXX was chosen specifically due to her type 1 diabetes to see if State XXXX - A has any effect on individuals health.
Test performed by : Dr. Dain, 04 - █
Result: Upon SCP XXXX seeing subject, both parties proceeded scream and embrace in a hug. Subject and XXXX hugged for 3 minutes and began to cry. After which XXXX and subject sat, played, and talked for 2 hours before researchers took samples of subject’s blood. Results show that the subject was cured of type 1 diabetes.

Conclusion: SCP XXXX can perform curative acts while induced in an XXXX - A-State.
Further testing required.

Test: Introduction of D - 1190 [convicted of petty theft] to SCP XXXX after SCP XXXX is shown a new television show she enjoyed.
Hypothesis : XXXX may use State XXXX - A to heal strangers.
Note: D - 1190 was chosen as a participant due to their stage 4 leukemia.
Test performed by: Dr Dain, 04 - █
Result: After SCP XXXX finished an episode of [REDACTED], SCP XXXX was shown to be in a XXXX - A State. D - 1190 entered SCP XXXX’s containment room. D - 1190 introduced himself. D - 1190 and SCP XXXX talked briefly before 04 - █ told SCP XXXX why D-1190 was introduced to her containment. SCP XXXX quickly gave D - 1190 a sympathetic hug before going off to play with her toys while humming the theme song of the show. D -1190 was taken into the medical wing of site 72 and examined. Doctors were unable to find the leukemia which plagued D - 1190 only hours prior.

Post test note: Dr Dain: “Wow. We might have just found something really special here. This test could have far reaching implications! A possible cure for cancer, a cure to most diseases, this opens many opportunities for the Foundation! More testing will need to be done of course, but this, this is promising. Well… we examined the positive emotions SCP XXX-… Cassidy, can feel. We need to start testing on Cassidy’s negative emotions. We are a little more hesitant to pursue these emotions, but we need to understand Cassidy’s abilities if we are to help her, even if it means scaring the living daylights out of the kid.

Test: Induce SCP XXXX into a SCP XXXX - A State to cure Researcher ███ of celiac disease.
Hypothesis: SCP XXXX can cure autoimmune diseases.
Test Performed by: Dr Dain, 04 - █
Results: Upon inducing SCP XXXX into a SCP XXXX - A state, researcher ███ was introduced into containment area and promptly asked for a ‘High Five’ from SCP XXXX, which she readily applied to. After exposure, Researcher ███ was taken to the Medical wing of site 72 and was tested for changes in Celiac’s disease. No results noted and test was deemed a failure.
Conclusion:SCP XXXX cannot cure Auto-immune disorders.

Addendum XXXX - 1
Further testing of SCP XXXX showed that in presence of dead plants, SCP XXXX can revive them when induced into a XXXX - A state. Tests also show XXXX can accelerate the blooming of flowering plants and the growth of fruit. Further testing is required to see if effects can also be applied to subjects with bodily deformities or disability.

Addendum XXXX - 2
Testing has shown that XXXX can fully repair lost limbs of mammalian subjects and can cure the blind, the mute, and the deaf.

Addendum XXXX -3
Testing with XXXX and SCP [REDACTED] proved highly beneficial and posed plenty more questions the foundation is eager to explore. Audio recordings of interaction have been saved and will be used for further testing initiatives.

Test: Induce State XXXX - B into SCP XXXX, observe results.
Hypothesis: Suspected protection behavior or escape attempts will be made by SCP XXXX.
Notes: Guards will be armed and prepared for escape attempt with strict orders to tranquilise and not to injure XXXX under any circumstance. Attempts to calm XXXX must be made before tranquilization is executed. Parents on standby should the situation call for it.
Test: Show SCP XXXX horror film ( It ) after which a D class will be sent in, dressed and painted like a clown.
Test performed by: Dr Dain, 04 - █
Results: Upon finishing the movie, all guards, researchers, and D class at site 72 reported feeling mortified and feeling in impending doom. SCP XXXX is observed clutching “Bowie” tightly to chest, shaking in spot. D - 3790 is reluctant to enter containment but is forced in by guards and 04.

Upon entering the room confirming visual contact, SCP XXXX started screaming at 182 decibels, shattering all glass, windows, and lens at site 72. D - 3790 is thrown into the air and pinned to the corner of the room while XXXX retreats to the opposing side of the room. D-class reports being deafened and unable to breathe to 04. Upon seeing the negative turn the test had taken, SCP XXXX’s parents demanded termination of the experiment and into the room to calm their daughter. 04 - █ refused and testing was continued.

SCP XXXX continued to scream and pin D - 3790 to the corner of the room when Dr Dain noted objects in the room appeared to move. After a few moments object in SCP XXXX’s room began to levitate and be thrown around the room in a cylindrical motion in the middle of the containment chamber. Dr Dain demanded termination of experiment due to fear of injury to SCP XXXX. 04 - █ accepted and security proceeded to attempt entry to the room. All attempts to enter SCP XXXX’s room were met with failure upon inability to open containment door. In leu of the door, all parties decide to run around the building and enter through XXXX’s now broken windows.

Security cameras capture XXXX enter a cocoon in corner of the room. The cocoon is black and opaque with a smooth, and sturdy exterior. Security cameras capture two eyes slowly turn red through the cocoon as screaming continues.

Upon the security team making it around the building, D - 3790 has passed out due to hypoxia. Security team enters the room first and notices the black cocoon nested in the corner where SCP XXXX used to be. Once half of security team make it into the containment room, a figure phases through the cocoon to greet the guards. SCP XXXX, still screaming was now guarded by an animate Bowie. Bowie was standing on its own accord and assumed a defensive pose. After security team enters, 3 officers are ordered to get D - 3790 down and out of the room. Security officers then surround the cocoon.

Verbal contact was attempted by team with no reaction. Verbal contact was attempted again with the same results. Officers then began firing tranquilisers at the cocoon in attempt to sedate XXXX. All attacks bounced off the cocoon with no damage done and Bowie became aggravated. Bowie attacked.

Bowie jumped onto the head officer 3, knocking him to the ground and clawing at his face with deep, vertical lacerations. Officer 7 attempted to remove Bowie from officer, Bowie quickly turned and bit officer 7 causing rapidly advancing necropsying of the officer’s hand. Officer 7 dropped to the ground screaming in pain. Officers 1, 4, 8, and 9 then began to fire on the bear. Bowie, at outrageous speeds, caught a handful of darts and threw them back into the eye, lip, and throat of officers 1, 8 and 9.

While fight occurred, parents of SCP XXXX and Dr Dain attempted to approach the cocoon containing SCP XXXX. Verbal communication was attempted, and failed while SCP XXXX continued to scream. The father tried punching the cocoon, but broke his hand in the attempt. The mother hugged the cocoon and whispered quietly to SCP XXXX, Bowie seemed to react to this, becoming less quick and animated. D - 3790 was also released enough to allow for transportation out of the containment room.
Mother of SCP XXXX continued to whisper to XXXX while Dr Dain screamed out for a sies-fire. Upon orders followed, Bowie stopped attacking as well, going back to presume a defensive position around XXXX. The father chimed in on whispering to XXXX. After 43 minutes, SCP XXXX withdrew from her cocoon and all injured officers were escorted to the emergency wing.

Post test notes: Dr Dain: “…fuck… Well, that was a gross failure. We lost officer 3 in the incident, D - 3790 was also killed. We learned a lot though…doesn’t make me feel any better though… But, we’ll carry on. Nearly everyone there lost their hearing or was extremely deafened, but we still push on. We still need to see State XXXX - C does. Although even 04 is insure that we should push our luck on this. We don’t even know how we’ll do it. She’s a good kid, may not seem like it… but it was a defense mechanism. We know she still wants what’s best for everyone. She’s not quick to anger. We’ll need to think about this….She feels extreme remorse for what she did. We … got to see what that does too… been pouring for days. Literally, everyone affected by this storm has also reported feeling remorse…we measured the storm going as far as 12 kilometers in all directions. Regardless, we’ll let some time slide. Do minor tests. Let her and her family recover before we do anything more. She won’t look at me in the eye… Gotta rebuild her trust with me before I can do anything more. We’ll do more studying on her - A State. We’ll try to get her to heal everyone she hurt. It’ll make her feel better. Maybe even test what she can do to a dead guy….no…no no I think that may be pushing it. Maybe when she’s older. A lot older.”

Dr Dain: “Okay, so…It’s been a while. One year and 3 months, to be precise. Cassidy has forgiven me for the experiment. She knows I did what I did to not only protect her, but everyone one around her. She still feels remorse for the lives that were lost, but that’s a good thing. She even invited me to her birthday party. That was amazing. I didn’t think I’d get attached to this case as much as I did, but here we are. A year later and I’m still extremely fascinated by her. We still haven’t figured out how to make her so mad organically. She’s gotten mad at games I’ve introduced to her. She’s shown a particular interest in Animal Crossing and Pokemon. She hates losing in battles though. She’s got a bit of a competitive spirit, hahaha. We still have yet to see any adverse reactions though. She’s been mad for like 5 minutes tops. Regardless, we need to think of something for the next experiment, which she knows is coming. She’s not welcoming it, but isn’t mad that it’s coming. So that’s that. I’ll update you when we get confirmation of an idea.”

Under no circumstances should anyone [REDACTED] following incident XXXX - 1 [See incident report XXXX - 1]. Any personnel attempting to make contact with [REDACTED] must ensure [REDACTED] and 05 confirm the procedure. Repeat, under no circumstances should anyone [REDACTED]. SCP XXXX is now being debating among 05 counsel of the great threat SCP XXXX poses to [REDACTED] and if further [REDACTED] is needed at this time. Until such time as a verdict is met, treat SCP XXXX as a major threat and perform all necessary functions to ensure the wellness of SCP XXXX at any expense.

Following the total collapse of Site 72, SCP XXXX shall be relocated to Site █. Dr. Dain and 04 - █ are still MIA and after 8 months, and are presumed deceased. All faculties must sies testing on SCP XXXX until 05 council has reached a verdict. Social time allotted to SCP XXXX is to be greatly decreased and only approved [REDACTED] are to be chosen by 04 and 05 . SCP XXXX’s classes are temporarily suspended until such time. SCP XXXX shall be monitored at all times and moved to [REDACTED].

“To whom this may concern, Following the wake of Incident SCP XXXX -1, 05 - █ has been severely reprimanded and all constituents have been reprimanded or relocated. We’ve said this in the past, and dammit we’ll need to say it again.

The SCP foundation is cold, but we are not cruel…At least not pointlessly so.
