This SCP can not be contained, but each person with a cup that usually holds pens, are given a site-wide cup that communicates if SCP-XXXX has been in their cup, or if they need pens delivered to them.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a standard ballpoint black pen. The pen is branded as a [REDACTED] brand pen, which is usually bought in bulks. The pen is always filled in the ink chamber. The pen is of good build quality and is a standard pen that [REDACTED] would normally build.
The anomalous properties come in when writing/drawing or putting down the pen / dropping the pen. The pen ballpoint tip runs out of ink, despite the fact that the ballpoint tip has ink on it and how the ink chamber has ink in it. This usually happens during the worst time for the person writing with SCP-XXXX, such as during a test, writing an essay, or when you need to write something down "real quick." When drawing, the drawer tends to have shaky hands, especially when the drawing is almost complete.
When SCP-XXXX is dropped or put down, it'll roll away and never appear where it should've been, it doesn't even appear in the same room. It'll go to the closest to the farthest pen cup in the building. (which luckily makes it easy to contain in the site.) If it is also used then put into a pen cup, it'll teleport to another. Some times it'll take a few other pens and pencils with it. It is imposible to contain by naormal means, and when containing it by normal means, it'll go back into a random cup.
Addendum 1:
On 2/24/14, an 05's lucky pen was stolen by SCP-XXXX and said 05 member was unable to locate it. Until they saw a D-class personal writing with the pen, in which the 05 member responded by smashing said D-class' head in.
