Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3xxx is a public website that, despite all efforts, cannot be taken down. After many different attempts to take down the site, there has been no signs of damage to SCP-3xxx. If any unauthorized personnel is to be caught with SCP-3xxx on their screen or search history, they are to be detained, interrogated, and given Class-B amnestic.

Description: SCP-3xxx is a website known as the SCP-Wiki. The home page warns that the information of the SCP-3xxx is classified and that any unauthorized personnel will be tracked and detained, but this threat has not been found to be true. Below that are 4 boxes. One contains a featured SCP, another contains a featured tale, the third contains a featured GoI format document, and the last contains a featured event that will happen soon on SCP-3xxx. Below there is the 5 most recent significant events that have happened on SCP-3xxx including podcasts, contests, and other events. On the left side, there are links to gather information about SCPs, information and rules about SCP-3xxx, and other resources for the site. At the very top, there are many tabs that will take you to many different parts of SCP-3xxx and showing a lot of classified material including information on many of our GoIs. Certain areas of SCP-3xxx claim that it's all fictional, but it's not mentioned much.

SCP-3xxx contains information of every single SCP, Mobile Task Force Unit, GoI, even having every single Joke SCP that employees have made up. Whenever a new SCP is discovered, it is added to SCP-3xxx. This file for SCP-3xxx probably can be seen on SCP-3-xxx too. SCP-3xxx also contains locations to many of the foundation's sites and areas.

It is thought to have possibly been made by the Serpent's Hand, but there is no evidence of that being the case. They have not claimed to have done it, nor does it seem likely for them to have the resources to make something similar to this.

SCP-3xxx appears to have many people working on the website, including moderators, admins, operational staff, junior staff, inactive staff, and retired staff. These are all, except junior staff, instances of SCP-3xxx-1. SCP-3xxx-1 is a staff member of SCP-3xxx. They work on SCP-3xxx, keeping the website running, running events, and interacting with the community. When we attempt to track them down, we don't find anything except for what they put on their profile, which usually isn't much. SCP-3xxx makes tracking other people's profiles extremely difficult, but few things about the actual person are always found. After testing, we have determined that once they are promoted from Junior staff, they disappear and only exist on SCP-3xxx [See addendum].

Addendum: A Junior Staff member with the username █████ was kept track of until he was promoted. Records were kept of all the information on █████ that could be found, including his full name and age. Once █████ was promoted to operational staff, all that information was lost. Nobody had any recollection of any information that was found, and all the documents that had the information became empty leaving paper document blank and digital documents empty.
