Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5191 is to be kept under the containment and surveillance of an external unit of researchers, armed guards, and D-Class personal. The external surveillance station is housed on the exact edge of SCP-5191's field of effect. Previous surveillance stations were housed closer and farther from SCP-5191 but all other placements proved problematic for its containment and surveillance efforts.

Camouflaged outposts are placed at two-kilometer intervals around SCP-5191's area of effect to quarantine the site from the public and prevent larger wildlife that could become dangerous to the surveillance station from wandering in.

Additional CCTV cameras are installed in the interior of SCP-5191 to monitor SCP-5191-1, SCP-5191-2, and SCP-5191-3 as well as other contents within SCP-5191's interior. Another additional set of CCTV cameras are installed on the exterior of SCP-5191 to monitor SCP-5191-4's nightly activities both for research purposes and on-site safety.
