Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is allowed to freely roam the facility and lives in a room similar to a class-D cell. SCP-XXXX-1 is to follow a set of rules given to him by the vote of the 05 council. expect changes in this document as we continue to learn about SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is to be referred to by his given name "Arthur"
SCP-XXXX-2 is to be kept with the church of the broken god as a religious artifact.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1. is biologically a human male with pale skin, black hair, emerald green eyes and average weight, height and build. SCP-XXXX-1 possesses regenerative immortality and immunity to some other anomalies’ abilities, the recorded anomalous immunities include SCP-049, SCP-035 and SCP-963. The most mysterious thing about him is that he may play a major part in a prophecy (see addendum XXXX-2-1 for more details). SCP-XXXX-1 has full resistance to cognitive hazards that are produced by touch, however, he has a low cognitive resistance to any other forms of cognitive hazards leading to a theory that Cognito hazards are passed on similarly to heat. He also has an immunity to Ms Sweeties candy. SCP-XXXX-1 has been described by staff and other anomalies as any of the following: cheerful, optimistic, easy-going, innocent, and your average person besides his abilities; although he can deviate from these traits
SCP-XXXX-1 was contained on the 15th (fifteenth) of May, ████ as an infant, in a car located in a parking lot, filled with [DATA EXPUNGED] the foundation sent a squad of MTF agents to recover the vehicle. SCP-XXXX has since lived in site-14.
SCP-XXXX-1 spends most of his time using spare computers to learn about the outside world, other anomalies or sending mail to various sites. The letters are sent by MTF Iota-15 “mailmen”
SCP-XXXX-1 has also volunteered for MTF squad Alpha-9.
SCP-XXXX-2 are a number of 1x1x0.05 metre tablets composed of an unknown metal

The sole purpose of I-15 is to deliver mail between sites. The units of I-15 are units who have committed minor offences to the foundation (for example, disrespecting their superiors). If a member of I-15 opens a letter, other units are authorised to hit them once each.
If a loophole in his regeneration is sensed (for example, a pool of acid) he will black out and defend himself against the attacker, this usually ends with the attacker becoming severely injured as SCP-XXXX-1 also becomes immensely strong. This can only be described as an enraged state.

Addendum XXXX-2-1: verses of prophecy discovered by the foundation
“When mekhane falls and yaldaboth escapes, a great war will begin. Mekhane, with his dying breath, gives his power and his mighty sword to a young man pale as the snow, hair black as night and eyes greener than the grass for this man cannot die, he will slay the monstrosities threatening life itself, day will break by his blade, the man may rest, and his soul free.”
prophecy insight gained from the church of the broken god: Arthur was sent by a higher being they call "khreaton" who is hypothesised to be the goddess of creation and life and the byproduct of the scarlet king. They call them "knights". Whenever a knight is sent, a catastrophic event. The fact that Arthur was prophecised centuries ago could mean that the next event will be an XK end of the world scenario. The cause of the broken god's death is unknown.

rules for Arthur:
1. you are not to do anything bright isn't allowed to do.
2. although they may seem great for emotional support, scp-073, Dr Bright, Ms Sweetie or the lunch lady are not your therapists.
3. no "horseplay" with Abel as it usually ends with the injury of other staff or damage of items used.
4. curfew is 9:00 pm, unless there is an emergency, this is non-negotiable.
5. it was the unanimous decision of the site staff that you are not to ask the following to any scientist: "if kinetic energy creates heat energy, how hard would you have to hit a live chicken to create KFC?", "why do we have fingertips but not toetips yet we can tiptoe?"
rules for staff concerning Arthur:
1. staff are not allowed to ask about any conversation between Arthur and any other anomaly, not only is it unprofessional, it is an invasion of Arthur's privacy.
2.death is not a punishment for any inconvenienced caused by Arthur, it's just cruel
3.(more of a reminder than a rule) Arthurs official birthday is May, 15. please do not forget to bring presents and wish him a happy birthday.
4. Arthur is to be referred by his real name when speaking to him.
5. Arthur is only allowed out with an mtf squad if he is needed.
