Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4615 is to be maintained in a 5m x 5m x 5m light containment bedroom apartment-home styled room with standard living accommodations. Subject is to be in the light containment section of Site-██. Only standard facility guards or researchers with security clearance 3 or higher are allowed to enter SCP-4615’s chamber or intervene in any testing regarding SCP-4615, except for daily cleaning of SCP-4615’s containment chamber. Staff unauthorized to enter the SCP-4615 containment chamber will be provided Class-A amnestics and will be subject to the available Site Command for medical examination. Staff operating within a radius of 30 feet of SCP-4615’s containment area are required to wear special protective equipment of 1-2 inches thick in order to prevent physical contact.

SCP-4615 is to be given four hours of “free time” every week, in which he can roam parts of the facility with guards following. The usage of this time is to his discretion, however he can only use one hour a day.

Description: SCP-4615 is a humanoid entity resembling a caucasian male, acting like a normal human though it does not seem to have any recollection of family, friends, or relatives. He has some form of clinical depression that has not yet been specified (likely due to events from the bast caused by his ability), which causes an inclination to end his own life. As a result of being a human, the entity is able to communicate and comply with a verbal/written direction. This also means that the entity is able to think for itself.

The entity’s anomalous properties are induced following physical contact in any location on its body by another human being. This creates a neurological link between SCP-4615 and the human via the contact (designated SCP-4615-A). This link causes anything physically detrimental or helpful that happens to either SCP-4615 or SCP-4615-A to happen to the other (See Test-4615-A).

SCP-4615 has an aversion to coming into physical contact with any other humans, due to its ability to create “links.” Because of this, SCP-4615 is very compliant with our requests and always follow directions when he is brought out of his containment. SCP-4615 usually interacts with only friendly beings and has only been seen using his ability for defense one time (See [REDACTED]).

The link only breaks once one of the entities (either SCP-4615 or SCP-4615-A) is terminated. If the link is broken, the living entity will instantly die from the same method used to exterminate the other. SCP-4615 will regenerate his entire body within 5 hours of termination. The same effect has never been displayed with SCP-4615-A.

Test-4615-A - 11/17/2018

Subject: SCP-4615, D-3874
Procedure: Subject touched the chest of SCP-4615 and was then terminated by gunshots to the chest.
Results: Bullet holes appeared in SCP-4615's torso. The entity died soon after, at proportionately the same time as D-3874. SCP-4615 reappeared 5 hours later in its containment chamber.
Analysis: The neural link between the subject and SCP-4615 seems to be two-way, meaning that anything that occurs to one in the link occurs to the other.

Test-4615-999 - 12/13/2018

Subject: SCP-4615, SCP-999
Procedure: SCP-999 was released into SCP-4615’s containment chamber.
Results: SCP-999 instantly started moving toward SCP-4615, apparently sensing SCP-4615’s depression. SCP-4615 first attempted to run, but then curled up in a corner, shivering. SCP-999 slithered over and jumped onto SCP-4615’s lap. SCP-4615 then smiled and hugged SCP-999. SCP-999 began to wrap around SCP-4615’s chest, extending tiny nubs out of itself to tickle 4615. SCP-4615 laughed and played with SCP-4615 for about ten (10) minutes. Afterward, SCP-4615 cuddled up with SCP-999 for a while before falling asleep.
Analysis: SCP-4615 seems to have no long-term side effects of the encounter, but does speak fondly of SCP-999 often and wishes to see him again sometime.
