Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is to be subdued and to be submersed in a cylindrical tank full of fresh water at 40oF , the tank is constructed of reinforced plexiglass 5 Inches thick. The tank must be contained in a 20 x 20 x 20 room with 3 foot thick concrete walls, in the room is 5 specially trained personnel, the room is guarded by 2 more trained personnel. The personnel guarding SCP-4991 are required to have excellent mobility in and out of water. All of the personnel are equipped with diving gear and oxygen tanks, if SCP-xxxx is to breach containment the personnel are required to open fire upon SCP-xxxx. If a successful breach occures the hydrogen bomb stored in Site-██ is to be detonated despite the personnel in the building including any O5 personnel.
In the case of SCP-xxxx making it to the public the top priority is to contain SCP-xxxx and start preparing for an XK class end-of-world scenario.
Testing on SCP-xxxx is strictly prohibited and can only be approved by a unanimous agreement within the O5 Council.
Description: SCP-xxxx is an 8 foot tall humanoid, it has stark white skin and has very little muscle or fat, SCP-xxxx has no facial features or hair. Despite no mouth SCP-xxxx communicates like a normal human would, it claims to be "Poseidon".
SCP-xxxx was found in 20██ in █████. Some locals reported strange formations and patterns in the sea with no explanation, scientists from █████ found absolutely no reason for this occurrence and contacted the Foundation. The Foundation found SCP-xxxx buried 20 meters below the anomaly. Dr.█████ proposed this idea after electromagnetic signals coming from the location.
SCP-xxxx appears to control any form of sea water, it is theorized that SCP-xxxx emits these waves through an organ located in it's head, though scientists are still unsure.
SCP-xxxx has it's powers completely nullified if submersed in fresh water up to the head. SCP-xxxx has been extremely hostile ever since it's containment, any attempts to communicate with it have failed and have resulted in a [REDACTED] occuring.
In 20██ a breach occured showing the full extent of SCP-xxxx's power. SCP-xxxx is able to pull water molecules and the elements that make it from any area and move them, so far there has been no observable limit and therefore could end all life on this planet, and possibly the entire universe.
SCP-xxxx's power appears to be amplified by the Archite Cube. This was observed after the breach and the cube was in the path of destruction, after contact a sphere with a diameter of 10 meters around SCP-xxxx was completely dehydrated and crumbling.
