Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4196 is to be contained in a Level-5 Security lock box in Site-██ contained within a 5 x 5 x 5 m steal containment cell. No personnel are permitted within a 20 meter radius of the SCP without approval from O5-█. Due to the nature of this SCP, no electronic devices are allowed within a 2 kilometer radius of SCP-4196 (See Incident 4196-023). Personnel who report seeing any instances of SCP-4196-2 should report the occurrence to the nearest Security personnel or Site Administrator.
Description:
SCP-4196 is a large 5 m X 5 m rug with red detailing on it. The detailing resemble ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics. Electroscope readings indicate that the SCP produces massive amounts of electricity. The cause of this electricity is currently unknown. Any attempts to remove the electric charge from the SCP will result in termination per orders of O5-█. Any living organism that makes contact with the SCP will result in immediate death by supposed heart attack. Foundation Personnel within a radius of 2 kilometers of SCP-4196 have reported hearing voices telling them to interact with the SCP. Any personnel reporting to hearing these voices should be condemned immediately and should be considered a Class-E personnel until approved by a psychologist.
SCP-4196-2's appearance changes based on the person who views it. Most people describe it as a tall black figure with no apparent physical features. SCP-4196-2 will manifest if SCP-4196 is not interacted with on a bi-monthly unknown basis. No known materials can stop SCP-4196-2 at this time. If SCP-4196 does manifest, all personnel of importance to the foundation will be escorted to Area-██. SCP-4196-2 will grab SCP-4196 and begin to attack any foundation personal within a ██ km radius. It is crutial important that SCP-4196-2 does not take SCP-4196 to ████████████ to prevent SCP-4196-3. Should SCP-4196-3 be activated, all foundation personal should prepare for an XK class end of the world scenario. Any foundation personal within this ██ km range at the time SCP-4196-2 manifests should be moved into to Site-██ by Mobile Task Force Tau-5 to prevent public interaction of SCP-4196-2.
