Special Containment Procedures: SCP-#### is to continue his normal life and is not to talk about the Foundation to anyone. SCP-#### is to check in to Site-██ Weekly. SCP-#### Family has been told that these check ins are Therapy appointments. SCP-#### will be debriefed on what he had done that week. SCP-#### has Level-3 Clearance and is allowed to freely walk around Site-██. He is not allowed to talk about any SCPs higher than his Clearance level.

Description: SCP-#### is a Caucasian Male with Brown eyes and dark brown hair. Physically SCP-#### identical to a normal human. SCP-####'s Birth name is Isaac █████ ██████. SCP-#### Prefers to called by his Birth name, but will respond to SCP-####

SCP-####'s first ability is that he can access internet pages that contain information on the Foundation. These include, SCP files, Mission reports from MTF, Events that happened involving the Foundation, a download site for a SCP game, and YouTube Videos on the Foundation. If anyone besides SCP-#### tries to access this Web pages, it will lead to a "404 page not found" message. SCP-####'s other ability is that most of SCPs do not effect him. An example of SCP-####'s Ability is that when talking about me or my given SCP name SCP-426. When talking about me SCP-#### never talks in the first person. It is unknown how SCP-#### negates my effect. [DATA EXPUNGED].

SCP-#### came to the Foundation's Attention after the United States Government Reported a person from the city of ███████, WY was using terms used by the Foundation. After being detained by the Foundation and being sent to Site-██. Here SCP-#### was interviewed and this is how the the anomalous abilities were found.

Interview ####-1

Interviewer: Dr. Dons

Interviewed: Isaac ██████, now called SCP-####

Dr. Dons: "Good morning. I am Dr. Dons and I will be interviewing you today. You are Isaac ██████, correct?
Isaac ██████ "Uh, Yeah, um, where am I?"
Dr. Dons: "All your questions will be answered at the end. Now What do you know about the 'SCP Foundation'?"
Isaac ██████: "You mean that fictional Agency? Like with-"

Isaac stops and looks at Dr. Dons Badge. His face loose the expression of terror.

Isaac ██████: "Oh, I see what's happening here."
Dr. Dons: "What do you mean that you 'see what's happening here'?"
Isaac ██████: "Your Name tag has the Foundation logo on it. You are probably just a paid actor to give me 'An Foundation Experience' or something like that."

Dr. Dons expression would show no change. Isaac would look at the doctor, his face becoming confused.

Isaac ██████: Unless…you are apart of the foundation?"
Dr. Dons: "Let me ask again. What do you know about the Foundation?"

Isaac ██████: "Hold on. Lets step back. Are you apart of the Foundation? Are You‽"

Isaac has a facial expressions that mach when in great distress.

Dr. Dons: "Mr. ██████, calm down and answer the question."
Isaac ██████: "NO! I NEED TO KNOW! ARE YOU‽"
Dr. Dons: Sigh "Yes, Yes I am. Now, can you answer the question?"

Isaac at this point would curl up into a ball, whining.

Isaac: Whispering "This can not be happening…I can't. It just can't."

Dr. Dons: "Mr. Turner Calm down. Calm Down! Guards!"

Isaac was forcibly removed from the interview room until he calmed down. About 20 minutes later, Isaac entered the Interview room again, ready to answer questions.

Dr. Dons: "Are you calm now?"
Isaac ██████: "Yes…Yeah…I just I can't believe it."
Dr. Dons: "Now then, What do you know about the foundation?"
Isaac ██████: "Uh, yeah, um-" Blows out air "It is like a secret organization, that…that protects secret things. Things that that don't follow the laws of physics and may be a threat to the world."
Dr. Dons: Do you know of any of these 'secret things' you talk about?"
Isaac ██████: "Uh, yeah. There is SCP-173, SCP…Uh…3008…and, uh like the toaster and uh-"

Dr. Dons looks up upon hearing the word "Toaster." He is visibly confused.

Dr. Dons: "You…You didn't talk in first person."
Isaac ██████: "Well, Yeah. What is-"
Dr. Dons: "When you mean toaster do you mean 'me'."
Isaac ██████: "'You'?
Dr. Dons: "I am an SCP that makes everyone talk in-"
Isaac ██████: "Oh the toaster's effect. Right."
Dr. Dons: "But my effect didn't work on you."

Dr. Dons: "Go on."
Isaac ██████: "Well, my brother likes watching…'creepy' videos."
Dr. Dons: "'Creepy'? Care to elaborate?"
Isaac ██████: "Like 'Top ten creepy ghost sightings' and stuff like that. And I saw a video in his recommended section called "Top Interesting ten SCPs.' After watching it, I was so interested into the Foundation and
