Addendum ####-2
A research team is to be formed to study SCP-####. All members are to be tested on their loyalty to the Foundation. If they score anything above 250, they will be accepted to the research team. All member are to be given level 4/#### access. If member of the research team is reassigned, amnestics are to be given due to the possibility of information leaking.
Addendum ####-3
The SCP-#### research team are to prepare for the possibility of event RS-####-1. All requested item will be allowed if they are not of anomalous nature.

If event RS-####-1 acurres and finishes, the Foundation will proceed to use Procedure XP-12 “Crucifix”.

As of ██/██/12 event RS-####-1 has began. SCP-#### research team has been able to slow event RS-####-1 using information from SCP-####-1 instances.

All members of GOI-131313 are to be detained, interveiwed, and terminated as soon as possible.

Event RS-####-1 is the classification given to a Reality Shift involving the Federal Investigation and Detainment of Anomalies. The event will result with GOI-131313 being able to bring back reality that was destroyed in the year 2036, known as Reality X-####.

1993
United States Legislation begin to draft a new anomaly containment, the result the dissolution of Unusual Incident Unit and the creation of the Federal Investigation and Detainment of Anomalies or FIDA. FIDA falls under the Department of Defense and given purpose to Study and Contain anomalies that may pose a threat to National Security in the United States.
1994-estimated 2003
FIDA begins to form a structure that is able to contain multiple Euclid and Keter class Anomalies.

A FIDA and Foundation Jointed Task Force are able to recontain SCP-106. But most of the Federal Investigation and Detainment of Anomalies Recovery Team was lost causing tensions between the Foundation and the United States of America.

A former Researcher named Doctor Jack Redman, asks to be discharged from the Foundation and was given Amnestics. Redman later became a senator of Maryland. He put on a watch-list to make no classified information on the Foundation could leak. FIDA begin a conflict with the Chaos Insurgency know to personnel within the FIDA as the "Anomaly War." Information leaked to FIDA that the Chaos Insurgency was a splinter group of the Foundation which causes even more tension with the United States of America.
2006-2012
A bill in congress is secretly proposed by Senator Redman the United States' Department of Defense more access to Foundation files and data-banks. After passing, the Department of Defense demanded access to Foundation Data-banks. The Foundation denied the request, stating "Most Assets of the SCP Foundation are classified to every member nation of the U.N. and any other unrecognized nations. While some Information is given to certain nations, the majority is keep away form prying eyes. This is to make sure no possible breaches of information or anomalies can be caused by those who are against the Foundation. Please understand, this is for the good of the world." After this request, Senator Redman was put into questioning for the possible resurfacing of suppressed memories of the Foundation. The results of the questioning came up negative.
2013-2014
A terrorist attack on the United Nations' World Health Organization, believed to have been carried out by the Chaos Insurgency, killed 57 people and injured 219 people. The United States' Congress demanded the Foundation to look into the reasons for the attack. When the Foundation came up with no evidence that the Chaos Insurgency even carried out the attack, The Director of FIDA, ███████████ demanded "Today I, Director ██████ ███████████ of the Federal Investigation and Detainment of Anomalies, demand the Leading Council of the SCP Foundation to allow FIDA personnel full access to any Files, data, or information on the so called 'Chaos Insurgency'. Denying this request will force the The United States' Congress to get involved." Under the O-5 Council's direction, limited information on the Chaos Insurgency was allowed to be given to FIDA with the mission to "Allow FIDA to understand the struggles of dealing with the Chaos Insurgency."
2014-2017
Former Senator Redman Decided to Run for the office of President under the slogan "American Life needs to become Great" or "ALG". Senator Redman ran under the Republican Party or GOP. At the Final GOP Debate, an terrorist attack leaves all GOP Candidates terminated besides Redman leaving him the soul candidate for the Republican Party. On November 8, 2016 Redman was elected president by the people of the United States. On January 21, 2017 President-Elect Redman was Sworn into Office. The Foundation was concerned by this as Redman was a major critic and ran on a platform of revealing more classified information to the American People.
2017-2019
Redman Later disappear for short period of time after his inauguration. He soon after reappeared stating, "People of the United States of America, I, your president, am being threatened by an organization, while at the time I can not reveal this organization, will ask you to be strong without presence. More information will be release soon, so stay vigilant." Later that month, the files on the Foundation were leaked and spread across the internet. President Redman soon revealed the organization that was threatening him as the SCP Foundation. Soon funding to the Foundation was cut and all members of the Foundation were charged with accounts of premeditated murder toward the President of the United States of America, destruction of information vital to the United States of America, and being a threat toward United States Security. Foundation sites known by United States Forces would be overtaken and the anomalies would be contained by FIDA. The United States of America declared a state of Emergency and National Martial Law was enacted. Major conflicts with would over multiple months such as the "Siege of Denver International", "The Battle of Site-██", "Raid on the Pentagon", and others.
List of Events unable to be placed in the time-line
- A terrorist attack on the U.N. Headquarters by the Chaos Insurgency. Representatives of member states were held hostage until the member states accepted the Chaos Insurgency terms. This attack is found to be uncharacteristic and unreasonable.
- The murder of President Redman's wife.
- A conflict between extremist groups within United States of America. The conflict began after the Presidential acknowledgement of the Foundation. The groups in question are the far-left political group the "Proletariats of America" and the far-right political group the "Black Shirts of the Western World". It is believed the groups began to fight due to United States focusing on the Foundation rather than terrorist and extremist groups.
- The faked death and later resurface of Dr. [REDACTED] of the SCP Foundation.
- Evacuation of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Event happened before the acknowledgement of the Foundation.
