Special Containment Procedures: [SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a reinforced
humanoid containment cell at site 17. There are to be no windows in Its cell,
SCP-XXXX is also not to be given access to mirrors. At least one guard is to
be on duty at all times.]
Description: [SCP-XXXX has the appearance of a 1.6 meter tall
human male, aging 22-30. It is capable of speech, and is fluent in english.
Even though speech is possible, SCP-XXXX rarely speaks with the exception of
it occasionaly requesting to be free. It projects symptoms of Bipolar disorder,
mainly severe shifts in mood. No personnel are permitted entry to SCP-XXXX's
cell during these episodes of mood shifts unless directly told otherwise by 05
command.
SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects only occur
when within a 5 meter radius of it, as well as within eyesight.
Anomalous effects include mild to severe Paranoia, and an observable
change in a subjects luck. Shifts in luck seem to coincide with severity of
Paranoia, and both seem proportional to SCP-XXXX's mood at the time
of activation. SCP-XXXX has no apparent ill intent while not undergoing
mood shifts, however has been observed to be violent when in a negative mindset.
An interview with SCP-XXXX and ██████ was logged immediately after initial
containment and is as follows:

Closing Statement: [SCP-XXXX attempted to flee the facility, however was
recovered by MTF units. Upon recapture we discovered that SCP-XXXX seems to
have above average regenerative abilities]
Addendum: [SCP-XXXX seems to have an effect on the physical area around its
victims. It has been noted to alter reality in order to incapacitate and even
kill its victims in worst cases. However in best cases, SCP-XXXX seems to shift
subjects luck in positive directions when SCP-XXXX is in especially high spirits.
