S.C.P-4001 is a abstract looking creature with no distinguishable features. Found in the forests of New Zealand, also know as the "PATUPAIAREHE". This form it takes is the most common form it takes, so nearly all descriptions are of the "PATUPAIAREHE".
S.C.P-4001 changes its form everyday, and is capable of imitating a human or any shape of living thing, so S.C.P-4001 is to be monitored 24/7 to ensured knowledge of its form. Given that S.C.P-4001 is not given nutrient rich food, it does not move a lot and only moves if necessary.
