Special Containment Procedures: Nobody is permitted to view SCP-5421 without proper notice and security involvement. Anyone in contact with SCP-5421 is to be terminated immediately to avoid any conflict with the public.

Description: SCP-5421 is a painting that appears to be from the 19th century. Upon making any visual contact with SCP-5421, the viewer (Now SCP-5421-1) will immediately attempt to flee the facility and find the subject in the painting. If SCP-5421-1 is not contained and later terminated then contact with the public could be occur, or even loss of secrecy for the site.

Subject:D-764
Procedure:D-764 is placed into SCP-5421's containment cell wearing a blindfold and is later told to remove said blindfold and stare directly at the painting.
Results:D-764 appeared to black out momentarily but quickly bolted for the nearest exit before being detained and later terminated.
Analysis:Upon seeing the painting the D class momentarily lost consciousness before he became hell-bent on finding the subject in the painting.
